Umm yup and 10 kids on jv ten on varsity for the basket ball team. Ummm there is 20 kids out of 1000. To me it still seems like a small number for the money. The same 10 kids play on the baseball team with a few more to sit and watch from the bench and maybe 50 kids all together for the soccer program. Again out of 1000 or so students a pretty small percentage get to take advantage of the program. Parents your glory days are over. Stop trying to live vicariously through your kids or hoping that yours is the one who makes it big. The odds are way too slim for me to waste my money on them. Reading writing and arithmetic, not free throw percentage and earned run averages. Most kids cant even calculate either statistic.

It really isn't your choice. It is the coaches choice of you make the team or not. In my area, sports programs are for the few elites who play all sports all year. It may be for the same 50 or so kids year round, and the rest go and watch. To me it is way too much money to spend on a few elites. And yes I said this at a school board meting this past spring, when they wanted to cut two teacher positions and not touch sports programs. And my kids are all out of school to include college.

I just ordered the same rifle for 350. Damn I would have given you the three hundred and came to get it. Picking mine up tomorrow night

I guess I am backwards then uh duh. If a guy wants to see your numbers on your back, how do you suppose at a distance most would do it. I do not need a target on my back. I have been told the number of violations in the sz is much higher and it is a way for you to get some kind of identification of the violator. But like I said if someone is walking away from you and you want the number how many are going to use a scope. Umm no thanks. Because things are different in the nz does not make you way better.

The other way to fix it is simple. Go to the local barber/beautician and get a big bag of hair. Place it all around the stand. The deer will not go near it. Two fold it works. Deer stay away trespasser gets bored moves on and deer more likely to be seen by you. Remember a kinder gentler land owner.

Does will tend to be fatter as they spend the winter pregnant. Bucks that run does constantly, tend to burn off the fat. After the rut, they eat like crazy to replenish the stores. That is why I tend to hunt the food supplies harder this time of year.

I have been hunting since 1975. I used to hunt a fine patch of state land behind a dec officers house. We used to get checked regularly. I have been checked back in the woods by him while he was hunting also. We used to make drives there and he would come and sit in the drive. Never was illegal, so I never worried. Used to be checked fishing the racquette river quite often also. Last time I was checked was at my camp. I had an officer who wanted to do an arraignment for untagged deer, loaded firearm in a vehicle and felony charge of possession of a firearm as a felon. I told him to meet me at camp as he was in the area and so was I. After the arraignment, his partner checked the guys at camp for licenses even me. I laughed. BTW, the guy was sent to jail on bail.

I would want the fair chase taking care of before season. In other words I would want to know before season if I could recover a wounded animal. Then there is no worry unless they decide to put up stands on your land and then say you cant recover when you ask them to remove them.
