    I hunt private land and still p/u other pepper garbage. The neighbors not only hunt my spot but, graciously leave me their garbage. Kind and generous, aren't they.

    Thanks Pete. Should be heading out the week of the 26th. Schools will be closed and bow hunting open. Still need to decide when to go shotgun hunting.

    Gee fellas, sorry to hear your woes. Meatmuzzy, you probably just grazed him. LIWaterman. had to take off a couple of weekends to spend with the wife, so she didn't need to hunt me. Hope you guys keep trudging along. Keep your other halves happy and it will work itself out.

    Deaddeer, know i bow my head to you! its about the kids and having fun. My 5 year old came out with me early in the season, and we saw a ton of deer! things went bad when she would wake up and yell " there's a deer there daddy kill it." Unfortunately, the deer did not cooperate! Whatever, I have brought home has excited her and me, and that is whats all about. AR- is a questionable proposition, there are properties that follow it and next door they do not. You cannot please all of the people all of the time.

    Not so cheap anymore prices have skyrocketed out of control. Just sent 7 boxed of 16 gauge Brenneke slug, in the past it cost me 7.50. 3 days ago it cost me 13.00 dollars, I almost pooped a pickle. Wasn't worth mailing for me.

    Long Islanders have been trying for a meet and greet for over a year. Never happened. Hope u up-staters have better luck.
