  2. I'm so jealous of all of you. Have fun out there. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  3. This always makes me wonder because I live in Brooklyn (for now) and hunt up close to Binghamton. I am friends with a few people up there, who knows if they call me a citidiot too lol. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  4. I'm missing my first since starting about 15 years ago and I want to barf. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

  8. I am pretty sure on tv they film for hours/days and cram the sightings into the 30 mins Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  9. Gotta be a deflection. Full force hit that would be a dead deer Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  10. If you took the blades off wouldn't it basically be a field point? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  11. I killed a couple with hypodermics and the wound is huge. Great blood trails. Only thing is they are ridiculously expensive. I did some research on the knockoff hypodermics and all the tests ive seen show they work the exactly the same. I just bought 24 on eBay for 25.99 I will test 4 or 5 to make sure they fly right and open before using them. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  12. Whereabouts in 4o? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  13. I always wondered the same thing. If someone doesn't interview the deer or kill it and see an extra wound in a lung, how can you know you definitely had a single lung hit Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  14. If you shoot right over a deers back, it won't even move a muscle. I've also had deer in front of me while bowhunting, while my neighbors were shooting all day with their rifles and the deer didn't seem to care. I still hate that they do it but that's another story. Sight your gun, deer will be fine. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  15. Great story. Congrats Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  16. Signs of the rut. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  17. Do you ever put the cam on a rub line? I usually just throw mine in my food plot but want to switch things up or maybe buy a couple more. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  18. I think the t bar is called a back tension release. I use a tru-fire hook release. They are about $100. Wrist strap but you can fold the release back when you are not shooting so it's not clanking around everywhere. I find the hook release to be a lot smoother than the regular clip or caliper. Whatever it is called Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  19. Goodluck everyone. This is the day the rut usually seems to kick off by me. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  20. What camo wood? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  21. Thanks everyone. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  22. Second child. I always swore I would never have a kid during hunting season. I messed up lol Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  23. Thanks grow. I killed a few with gun but never more than a 5pt. Feels good to finally get one. And feels even better that it was with a bow. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
  24. My season is ending early but I'm happy. I only had 2 more days of hunting for the year. My wife is giving birth in two weeks so she isn't comfortable with me leaving for more than 1 day (my property is a 3 hour drive so I only go if I can stay over). I hunted my uncle's property for the day which is closer to home. Finally got lucky. Sometimes your bad luck is good luck. I had 2 doe come in at 330pm and I wanted to take one. They just wouldnt give me a shot. The stand I am in doesn't have much cover. There was one point that I had a shot on one of them but the other was staring at me so I couldn't move. They walked off. At 430 this guy showed The view to the left of the stand I hunted is very tight so he snuck up on me. Saw him walking quickly straight across in front of me at 30 yards. There was only 1 opening left to shoot so I got up and drew. I was about to stop him and thankfully he stopped on his own and I let it fly. I saw the hit but wasn't too sure how good. Waited an hour and found him about 100 yards from the shot. Rage hypodermic had blood sprayed everywhere. Very easy blood trail. Not a huge buck I know but it's my first with a bow and my biggest to date so I'm a very happy camper. Good luck to everyone for the rest of season Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
