  2. I have my gun 0'd at 50 yards. Would there be difference at 100? 30-06 Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  3. Try to build on one tree. If you use multiple trees, when the wind blows the trees in different directions it can start loosening everything up. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  4. I tkink everything might be down. I shoot 30-06 federal Nosler ballistic tip. I always remember them being $40-45 a box. I just saw them in gander mountain for $32. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  5. Looks like this is gonna be another unsuccessful bow season. Got this afternoon and tomorrow morning left. I saw small bucks all last weekend. Now my property feels like an abandoned cemetery. Ughh.. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  10. Well there is antler restrictions in my zone but I get what you're saying. Wish I had better relationship with the neighbors. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  11. I only have 50 acres. Hopefully they're around. If a big buck walks by looking for one I can forget this little problem I have [emoji4] Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  12. I can't even believe I am writing this but is it possible to have too many bucks? Every year I see doe. Usually a group of 3 and a couple of lone ones. Mixed in with some bucks. And I usually take one of them either with bow or gun. 2 years ago I did a brassica/clover plot and had a lot more deer on camera than usual. Does and buck. Last year I did not redo the plot and the pics and deer sighting dipped again. This year I redid the plot. I had a lot of deer on camera from labor day to Columbus day, good mix of bucks and doe. Maybe 9 or 10 different bucks (4 of them 6 pt or better, 2 of them big boys)and same amount of does (don't know if they are the same ones that keep coming around or different ones). From Columbus day until this friday there was not 1 doe on cam. About 5 more bucks. 3 new ones but 0 doe. I hunted the last 3 days and saw 3 different 4 pointers that came in to scent that i put. No does. My cousin who hunted with me didn't see any either. I don't know if this is good, bad, or indifferent. I've seen a buck every day I've hunted, none legal to shoot because why would I get lucky but still a buck every day. And I'm concerned lol. Any thoughts? Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  13. Another 4 point. Jesus. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  16. Sitting on top of the mountain. 4 sits this year, I saw a spike and a different 4 pointer each day. I swear they know there is antler restrictions here... Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  18. I use a tru fire with the hook. I like it better than the traditional release Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  19. The problem with having rules for the property is if the neighbors don't have the same rules. Think everyone has to be in agreement for management to work. Last year I let a small buck walk and my uncle shot him an hour later lol Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  20. It's not even my deer and I'm nervous. I'm about to go find Papist deer myself. Send me Gps coordinates!! Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  21. I've always loved lever actions because I love old westerns. However I've been using a bolt action since I started deer hunting and love it. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
