exactly - one feature I wish the reaper grip had. I can't remove the gun quickly if something shows close and in the wrong direction.

Do some of those ducks have red feet or is that just a darker orange. Never saw that but I am not a duck guy.

Definitely a professional job Bryan! so if I am tossing out suggestions, quick release lever so rifle can be pulled or set quickly would be the ultimate. I suppose it would have to be a lever with a Cam and some sort of adjustable nut on the backside just to keep things simple. Lol. I am glad I don’t have your skills or I would be playing too much. .

Looks great. I like how it conforms to the shape of the stock by allowing the side plate to angle if needed. Similar to the reaper. You put some thought into it. I assume you mount that on a ball head to tilt and pan. Add a bit of curve or angle at the top to catch the gun if it rocked! Allows for a slightly looser grip.

First is primos with a gear tie. It’s hands free, functional, light and relatively inexpensive. Second is way way over engineered, extremely stable and a joy to shoot from but kind heavy and expensive. Would trust it in a wind storm however. Reaper grip with slik 700dx. Both work standing and seated on stool. I like sighting in with no. 2.

I haven't read all of this thread, but I am sure an investigation into the kill site was conducted and they may have even done testing on blood at the kill site. It has been done to catch poachers and debunk world class deer before. I recall it with a monster killed in NY. Regardless, perhaps we can leave it to those that certify these things. I am sure they take it seriously.
