  5. Had some wasps in the blind today, thankfully they were still pretty dormate. yikes!
  6. I've only killed one bird and that bird got mounted so i wasn't worried about the meat, if i kill one this year i would like to try the meat and keep the tail-fan and beard for a wall display, so i was wondering how do i go about preserving all of those?
  7. There gonna wanna strut in that big field near the back of your property. i would setup as close as possible to that field, but be careful and make you are listening so you dont bump any birds off the roost. Use the power lines to get close to field and than cut into the woods stayin maybe 50-100 yards off the edge of the field. Sit and Listen!

  11. Mount it to your bow and instantly it will make you more accurate! NO MORE TORQUING that bow! Nothing wrong with the product, i changed the setup on my bow so i no longer need it. $45.00..and its yours.
  12. wouldn't go any lower than 5 shot. but just personal preference.
  13. Bird shot may damage the rifling twist of your barrel, i would not recommend using that barrel for turkey.
  14. yeah at 30 or 40yrds that's gonna be a pretty wide spread.
  15. If you have a sport/recreation restriction, (this is in the case of genesee county anyways) you can carry it concealed to and from the location you are hunting/targeting practicing.
  16. Yeah im just afraid to broadcast corn seed i hear most people don't have much luck with it. and yeah i do have some natural barriers plus i don't have to worry about road activity i just figured the more cover the better.
  17. where did you get your seed from? i'm more or less thinking of using it as a food plot screen.
  18. 40s and 50s for the youth hunt this weekend. think this will affect gobbling?
