i give him credit too. i also would take credit for this deer and be as happy to find this beast a week later as i would if i found it the day i shot it! i dont shoot deer to shoot them but if i made a marginal shot and was unable to find the deer for a week it wouldnt take much out of my sales except that the meat was spoiled and that would be the biggest waste. Aside from that i would be in my glory that i was able to make the recover and punch that tag of mine. id much rather punch the tag on this buck then to loose him and let him die, never find him and punch a tag on another buck. this stuff happens guys... this guy was fortunate enough to recover the deer whether it was a day late and a dollar short WELL, i would thank my lucky stars that i even found him.

Hope you get over it brother. Best I can tel you is this.....of the folks I know that have gotten the flu, seems like two types. the high fever that takes a week to bust out of....and one with a much lowere and sporatic fever....but seems to drag on for ever. I am glad I got the high fever quick one shoot... i have the lower fever one lol seems to be kicking but this cough is rough. just getting my rest and taking some meds. but your right, there are deff some flus going around at the moment.

i always wondered howmany guys do sneak in there in a season. there is ALOT of houses bordering that property, wouldn't take much to kill a deer there and get out. im sure it has been done. ballsy...

tell me about it, i came down with some sort of flu a few days ago. been kind of miserable lately.

the most i ever tagged was 2 buck in one season...

they have sharp shooters do there thing in there when the herd needs thinning, just like everywhere else herds get thinned out. sharpshooters... or if you have family or a close friend who is a big wig over there im sure they can get you in. ive heard of guys able to hunt in there once upon a time but you never hear anything more then that.

thought bow and ms ldr tag was the same, if you fill the buck tag with bow then you cant take one in muz ldr? also 1 buck tag for regular season. i can shoot 5 bucks a year if i wanted to... special permits i get... unlimited doe tags also here on the island.

no i hear ya... i just happened to be watching an i can see the clearing on the ground and all the deer over it, i also could see the hole forming in the ground due to pawing... You and your camp certainly have taken some nice deer thats for sure. But its always nice to know what your fellow camp members are doing and becoming IN-TUNE with each other.
