Will be checking hourly but the whole blood trailing thing is an issue.

I came in when rain started ...debating whether I should have ...on and off...but if there were a bad shot and waiting had to happen or lose a deer,couldn't wait. Rains could wash blood away or leaf drop could cover it. Just not worth the risk for me.

Went to corner stand and nothing but rain started and I had to go close River blind windows..don't want wind to blow them off...checked cam from stand I was in last night and this guy showed up later...

Well ya can't be in every stand at once...he'd gotten a pass but that one doe may not have...good thing, leaving their scent...stand gun shot doe out of last year.. I NEVER hunt that stand in the wind...in 3 bass wood..first stand I built when we bought this section... Not one pic on apple cam ...first time in 2 months This is a gully cam they are hang in all low spots right now...

10 to 1 you'll find him dead from a brain abscess....nasty way to go Ps..meats not good from a deer with a brain abscess..infection is carried through the blood.

Our are suppose to calm in the afternoon but rain starts then..then picks up through Sunday. Mon..great weather except wind advisories. They are calling for perfect weather Wednesday.

Just that fawn buck and never bumped anything on the way in even the chipmunks weren't too chatty this a.m. ...but I pulled the end of laneway cam....the other night it caught a bunch of doe at 5:30...cams under stand...and this guy and a few others later...so he's up and moving day and night.

Lawd I worked at Naples school but I'm just not familiar with " Suttons". Went to several school functions at the Naples hotel...been to the bagel shop, Joseph's, the hardware, Bob And Ruth's. Naples hotel and the burger was cooked to perfection...rare side of medium rare and just a nice grilled char on out side... PS...I'll agree...we have to be re signing into everything every other day lately and the firestick, I have to reset 3 times a week lately... next time just pm me...

Then I go to get water and weekly supplies. .daughter and store owner show up..he kidnaps my cart and we are driving scenic route through the woods to lunch in Naples the Monica pies and Hazlet for a wine tasting..in parking lot now getting ready to go home...I have to say...this was a bit more fun! Exausted from laughing...

This cam got non stop action from the time I walked by last night trying to get home ( late because I had to go to back line then up the hill and back to the road to cross over home, property is 1300ft square and I was on the farthest most line) but the cam time is correct look at the doe pic...I heard them under the apple tree as I walked by within 15 mins of my passing there were 8 deer on cam and a parade of doe fawn and many different young buck spikes to basket 6 that came through. Someone in the last couple of days hooked my good NEW drip and walked away with it... must have liked that tinks scrape juice. If not a bunch of buck that someone would shoot this year...there should be in the next few... PS... This may be the biggest bodied spike I have seen on our place. I have seen way bigger "halo" spikes but they didn't have the body size.

Live from the couch...I set my alarms to vibrate to let me know legal time morning and night. Forgot to set it back on my wakeup alarm... Good though up 3 x' s hobbling around the house with bad alternating leg and hip cramps...too much sitting yesterday. Will be out later for sure. Good luck guys
