Legaistics..or if you prefer legalism to...I have a life and type on the run(dinner time) ...to catch what the Kindle does...

I made a bet you'd be the first one to say that.

Lol... little fungus there?...I think its my long slender toes with a high instep

No it's depressing that it's going over yours...these all written, how many times have I point this out, afyer the fact. Now I could get into written legistic wording and the real world and those that understand the difference between paper and people. Those that are responsible for interpretting such papers and implementing such wording in the real world...but this being the real world not paper on a desk..it would be ponitless to do so with you. Ever hear the term digressions of the officer, ever wonder why thats ever written? Now make some comment so you can feel you've gotten the last word in, I'm done with this point. You 2 enviromentally conscious trolls took a post about cleaning up peoples garbage and protecting wild life from serious harm and trashed it...nice job!

4SW.. See because you can't comprehend people setting personal goals other then meat or huge racks, you will never understand how someone can think other then the way you think they should. You can not phantom how they derive their own personal enjoyment out of hunting...

I walk up to the meat dept in Tops and next to a little old lady...had to be 80's..I notice her look down at the floor and back up... then hear..." I have to say, you have sexy feet" ... Hahahaha out of the blue...Well thank you! these sandals are giving me blisters though...lol Strangers come up and say the damnedest things to me...left there went to a Shurefine..same thing at the meat dept...guy with his 12 year old starts talking out of the blue to me...and starts out with this one is 12 and I remember when she'd run across the living room to hop in my lap and give me a hug...now all my kids just as for this or that... I looked at her face walked over and said...don't worry when you get older you can say stop dad your embarrassing me...wink...He had so much more to say ask I tried casually walking away...dear Lord...lol

You go right ahead my dear... Webster definition: Definition of or 1 —used as a function word to indicate an alternative coffee or tea sink or swim, the equivalent or substitutive character of two words or phrases lessen or abate, or approximation or uncertainty in five or six days

Neither are single residents and farms, again and you are in the same boat as him as to the reason for this BS just grow up...I'm sure you guys weren't told that enough as kids ..but you obviously need to have more people remind you as adults...

So you assume that because huge racked deer aren't killed that a nice 6 or 8 point is the first deer seen? I see lots and lots of buck..wish I was seeing lots and lots of doe ..something I say every single year...I choose my kills not on size. I choose as to what that kill has, as an appeal to me, be it a big deer or small. I see many big deer..not all in range, not all in what personal goals I set and some I would probably have shot, but a different experience caused me to use my tag early. Now here's where I can say, yep I'm a happy hunter. Having done that more than once, I never walk away going SOB if I'd just waited ,I screwed up .ect,ect,ect..I never leave the woods with those types of foolish regrets. I read had hear so so many that do and that's sad.

Yet you need to cherry pick and cut my quotes...try posting the entire thing: Again these up to date as of: 6 CRR-NY 360-1.7 Current through May 31, 2017 And put into writing after the fact...though this has Nothing to do with our burying waste a farm generated from their residence and dumped on their property years before we purchased or discovered it. Waste that had already spent years leaching into the soil that We buried deep with it After contacting authorities..No this has to do with your haha!! got ya! moment ..you thought you had..your ridiculous and rather petty. Out of all this BS that is the one undeniable shining truth here.

I can tell you and I showed the heart, that buck was heart shot and I've been processing deer ,I bet longer then you've been alive. I do not know Costanza's but I do know Wilsons and can say with out ANY hesitation...they would not have let that deer past their foyer. As I said, he smelled as I walked up to him in the field 15 mins after the shot. Now I raised goats and any one that's been near a rutty old male goat knows the smell I speak of...That buck smelled and literally tasted, back straps and all exactly like he smelled. Just like a nasty old goat.

SB 4739 - Establishes the yearling buck protection program
growalot replied to Rebel Darling's topic in Deer Hunting
Still as I said all those buck were young...and I talk nearly every year of the 6pts that follow me around like puppie dogs during bow season..it's in many post. AR do not help buck like that...education as far as giving people a CHOICE on deer size and possible ageing...With the #'s of doe across the state there isn't any way to stop what you describe ...because the adult buck can not corral all the doe coming in season AND as far as the late season well those older deer are depleted and laying a bit low while the doe fawn come into their first breeding cycle. So your young saved buck will be hitting it hard then..why? because they will be the ones push off and usually with the younger doe anyways... Now what do deer do naturally? Well when they see an unbalanced herd and I do not know how, they produce more of one gender then the other. Yes there are studies on this and I can say I have been seeing far more buck fawn then doe being produced in this area...herds have been naturally trying to balance them selves forever. When the DEC made their little Ooppss some years ago and the, it's brown down mentality was in full swing with lots of doe permits followed by a couple of horrendous winters...we were seeing many more doe fawn and believe it or not...for the conditions.... they had way more triplets. In fact I think that was what caused the explosion in the deer herd we see today. So it has started to swing back to more buck fawn. This again shows that when the DEC is trying to manage a herd they really don't have a handle on as far as what yearly fawn out put is in gender. They fail. -
Again your talking facilities not single family or farm use and I'm done discussing this with the likes of you... here let me give you what you are craving so you can feel all warm and fuzzy and go away. http://images.clipartlogo.com/files/ss/thumb/104/104774240/shiny-gold-star-form-of-first_small.jpg

SB 4739 - Establishes the yearling buck protection program
growalot replied to Rebel Darling's topic in Deer Hunting
We agree on that though, it's not a band-aid it's a Ohh look at us, we won this lets see what else we can limit for us to get big trophy sized buck and improve our hunting...See the next thing on the line up when they aren't seeing what they want will be the inside spread....BTW that nine had a small inside spread.....The biggest buck I have ever encountered, the one that made me nearly pass out in the stand had a 12 in inside spread...Laying on the ground and standing to hold the rack , that rack came up past the guys waist, who shot him a week later and a couple of miles away, .. his brows were 11 3/4 " tall and the rest of his points towered above them. Genetics...some areas have multiple point yearlings..yes as myself and WNYBH have mentioned and apparently yours as well. Some areas have narrow racked buck ..people say basket racks like it's an insult...others have very wide short pointed buck or older spikes 4's and 6's AR's are not a band-aid it is a potential danger for poor genetics. -

Ohhh so what your saying is all they really NEED is and AR that is minimum 2 points to a side ...right? -
SB 4739 - Establishes the yearling buck protection program
growalot replied to Rebel Darling's topic in Deer Hunting
yearling protection for the AR group is all about points....3-4 for on a side and let me say that you still haven't told me how protecting a 5or even a 4 point 21/2 will improve the heard when he gets shot as a 6pt or an small 8 pt before breeding the following year... -

OK lets try this...for these post become pages of blah, blah, blah every single year. Here are 5 deer taken by me from the last few years. Now I consider ALL of the deer except the 9pt young deer, and he's probably no more than 3 1/2. You tell me 1. how would your AR's protect these buck to another year 2. exactly how would another year have drastically or even minimally improved the herd in one year from say that little 6 to the 8 next to it. especially if taken during early bow season. Here my biggest issue with you guys...It's never enough for you...look at that 9pt. ,first I'm happy with each of those buck and hunts, a guy looked at him and said to me..."Just imagine if you'd let him live one more year ". See that statement sums it up in a nut shell, the next thing you'll want is a minimum base circumference rule...it's never ending. -
Venison cubed steaks, blue hubbard with cinnamon, peas, potato salad.

Me too but with mine i had the option for it not to be a total waste......though the boys did'nt vsre much for the sausage... Of course they can taste as good..in all tbe years I've hunted that big swamp buck is the only one to taste like that..but he smelled the moment I walked up to him and he didn't go more than thirty yards before dropping I shot him through the heart. I thought jerky could fix anything ,what a waste of time and electric.

Belo you still believe no one reads my posts...yes that one was Texas law I posted ,many posts ago ...just to show that this is done legally across the country. Now my last post is NY state and CLEARLY SHOWS IT TO BE in that link. Ya know, you've made it clear you dislike me,but you've taken it to a level that shows just what a petty little boy you are. To what end? Do you really think the people give a tinkers damn what your opinion of me is? I'm thinking they care about as much as I do.l

So grampy what did you do with the...."I could not eat" venison?
