    Didn't see anything out there tonight. Pulled cam cards on way out, maybe see something good on there.

    Finally was able get back out, hunting my sisters 9a. It is 63 now winds 13 with higher gusts every now and then out of southeast. Good luck anybody that is out.

    If you are disabled and it prevents you from drawing a bow back, you can apply for a modified archery permit and you can then use a Draw-loc that attaches to your compound bow and hunt using that device.

    Friday when I was up in my stand there was a huge invasion of grackles that moved thru the treetops by the thousands. Small branches breaking off and loud "swoosh" noises from their wings and the calls that come out of their beaks. It was so noisy and it went on for almost 2 hours. Must be grouped on migration. Pic is from my trailcam I checked today, small number of them in pic compared to other day.

    Just thought I let you know how someone can forget about setting alarm for opening morning(or any morning). I have memory loss due to type of chemotherapy I recieved, and I also have to take a lot of medication that does make me tired. So getting up before an alarm goes off doesn't always work for me. But I did make it out this morning. Maybe I will write myself a note for rifle opener to set the alarm. If I remember to do that.
