It was around 180 , my raspberries should be growing this year and we plan to do fruit roll ups as well as jerky .

I remember using one of those a while back that I borrowed . It seemed to take for ever and never really got done. I bought an excaliber this year and it works amazing.

I make the jerky with the gun and ground . My dehydrator maxes out at 165 degrees and 4 hours exactly is perfect . At least the way I like it. I use the cabellas packets ,peppered is my favorite ,I tried the hot and sweet and did not care for it ,it was more sweet then hot.

Not sure , i went to the rodeo once in buffalo ,it was ok but im interested in the bull riding . They were doing all kinds of hillbilly stuff with ropes and sheep that i wasnt in to really. -

My wife and i will watch it on TV if we see it on , it's on our list of things to check out . Definitely won't go to NYC to see one ,i think ohio has one that would be closer. -
This side of the state isnt afraid to drive 30 or 45 minutes to a destination .

I wear my muck boots as late as i can , my feet get cold easily but this year i tried alpaca socks and was way in to gun season with just muck boots , my heavy boots are really warm but they are ridiculously loud to walk in ,those are Irish setters ,2000 something g of thinsulate in those .

Ya, the fx4 ride height is that high from the factory . Guy down the street has one ,it's really sharp looking.

I garbage picked a car topper and made brackets to mount it like that on my old Chevy, it worked great for camping and keeping things dry if it rained out.

Ya ,there's an idea ,flintlock. We have a discussion going about an implement that people are vastly in favor of because it allows them to not do their part in the off season and practice ,so lets introduce a special season for a weapon that can't hit water if you threw it out of a boat.

They bought a place in one of those 55 and older joints. They just said it's boring there ,my dad was jazzed to be able to run in nice weather all winter but he blew his knee out over the years and is scheduled for a full replacement when they come back North. My mom misses the grandkids the most.

Even worse then breaking them is not knowing that you broke one ,those fractured shafts can cause a serious injury .
