Another piece of advise if you plan to do all the lines at once,they will all come out of the ABS block under the drivers seat,if you take the lines off you will introduce air into the ABS block,a special scan tool is needed to activate the valves to bleed the air through the ABS block ,or you can do what I did and wait to change the wheel speed sensors (or put the fuse back in) so that the air is pushed past the ABS block and can be bled out at the wheels. When the ABS activates it will push the air through.

The ones i just bought have the slip cam like the 2 blades have.

Which 3 blade rage are they talking about? I have the 3 blade rage chisel tips and they can fold forward just like the 2 blade .

I had a 2000 silverado with the same issues . I tried fixing one brake line and ended up doing all of them in the winter with no heat in the garage. Its a known problem in that year range. My ABS was also kicking in at low speeds, the mounting area that the wheel speed sensors mount to get rusty and push the sensor away from the encoder inside the spindle . The guy i bought it from had taken the fuse out of the ABS because he nearly crashed into a parked car when the truck wouldn't stop. I can understand where the mechanic is coming from in this case ,unless he he just trying to save you money by not taking on the job and ultimately telling you that you need all the lines changed. The lines share the same holders and they WILL break when trying to just repair one of them .

What size are you looking for ? 500 could nearly get you into a new one, depending on the size.

I took a drive over to my favorite spot to check out city deer,I posted some pics last year from the same spot.

We have a very lush alfalfa field that has deer in it all season long ,even after the pressure gets put on during gun season. We always see deer in the field just before sundown , i think you may be spending the first days of hunting this property very cautious and glassing from a distance to make sure you can get in and out safely.

If it was me and it was this close to the season opener ,i would be setting up in the top left corner of the alfalfa field. Unless that is just a hedge row ,i would move down to where the dirt field meets the green field on the slight bend.

Im not on the side of calling the police on a neighbor for putting out a salt lick and i have never used bait for deer ever , that clearly does not jive with your statement . Im guessing you are the kind of guy that calls the cops on the neighbors for everything that makes you upset.

Opening day will be my trusty BPS , after the opening weekend ill switch spots and cover some fields with my CVA 30-06.
