    I guess im grateful to work for a union that also lobby's for safe working conditions then, since no other unions seem to care about worker safety.

    It's a UAW shop , ive worked some small shops that didn't give 2 shits about employee safety , air quality or contamination. I was never a fan of unions or union shops my whole career ,now that i'm getting older i realize the importance of these things . I am not a fan of the union protecting the lazy A holes .

    The employer sends them home , if the union is going to demand safe working conditions and the employee isnt following those safety standards they get sent home . It costs a company money to ensure safe conditions so of course they'll send a guy home for not following the safety rules.

    Except guns ,gun hunters are notorious for using unsafe woodsman ship and putting other hunters at danger.

    I always get a chuckle when the crossgun guys try and convince the archery guys that they are basically using the same tool .

    The crossbow banquet handed out coupons for icy hot for all the members with "sore shoulders" that only seem to flare up when it's time to shoot a vertical bow .
