  1. You'll still have the late archery/muzzleloader season AFTER you move in!
  2. Good guess....what do you base that on? Hopefully the OP gets it aged.......it'd be cool to have a more "edumacated" idea.
  3. Beautiful tree. Have fun this weekend.
  4. You guys do store your guns alternating butt down and muzzle down? I hope you don't use the included rack systems? Put a gun sock on the better ones and stuff a ship load of them in.
  5. Hmmm......I didn't know releases were ever not legal. I didn't start with one till 1999 roughly. Only 24 years shooting fingers I guess for me? When did releases become legal?
  6. A friend of mine has all his lower end guns in a cheap, locked gun cabinet (with glass doors) with trigger locks on them. Kind of an easy score for would be thieves who don't want to put the time into a HD steel cabinet. He can afford to "self insure" for those guns but would rely on his insurance company for the higher end guns.
  7. Wow, I saw the title for this thread and opened it expecting something completely different. My bad..........
  8. Canadice Hemlock State Forest 6849 acres High Tor WMA 6800 acres Honeoye Creek WMA 717 acres Honeoye Inlet WMA 1977 acres Conesus Inlet WMA 1120 acres Harriet Hollister Spencer 1550 acres Letchworth State Park Shiit Ton of acres 19,000 +/- acres should be pretty good plus much much more for the Rochester area hunter, all within an hours drive.
  9. Wow that’s strange. One of the antlers on my archery buck has a slice in the side of it and I discovered it during the first couple minutes after recovery. Weird as I’m 99% I didn’t do it.
  10. You and your wife could fit into these (together).........how much fun would THAT be out in your "sugar" shack.
  11. I bought these last winter new from Filson and lost weight (lie) so they have to go. Unworn and hemmed by Filson 44x32.........$265 shipped or $250 local.
  12. You’ve certainly put some time in Chris. A+ for effort in my book......

  14. I hope I'm not too late, Happy Birthday!
  15. All those tasty fawns will just stand there after mom gets corked, completely clueless. May as well take them too as that's the plan, right? Hopefully none of those little buggers are males of the species though! You know what I'm thinking, I'll open a cold storage facility to house the prime carcasses till either you (the tag holder) come for them or I butcher them. Those warm temps can reek havoc on the meat.
  16. It's an accurate comment, isn't it? Edit to add: it's certainly not a malicious comment either.
  17. You need to check out the agreement you signed when joining here........Section 126, paragraph 3: "We no longer charge by the written word for new members" Welcome Alex!
