Happy Birthday CF........... Tell us about your day!

Good move. If you can afford it, buying a new gun is always good karma.
-
Upgrading to the SM 3000XP (sold locally at Pharoah’s) would be an option.....
-
Nope, but a guy that’s just using a Sucko-Matic 1000 would be SOL if he lost power. I’d just keep plugging along......

The OP is looking for REAL black powder I believe..........

I'm pretty sure that all the deflection testing and other testing is what gave us the centerfire rifle season in all these Western New York deer counties. They proved definitively that the CF rifle would ricochet/deflect LESS than a rifled punkin' ball would. THANK YOU JESUS!!

Creekside Gun Shop......oh my, what a place for a young gun looney to just gawk. (Oh I spent some money there but I was just a piker’ then, lol)

Shortly after you joined I thought possibly you were our despised (by some, not all) and banned former member Stormy. I can say now, after reading the above quoted post that you most definitely are NOT Stormy. Welcome! -
No sir, work calls. Wish I could...........someday for sure.

Jim Shockey Hunting Adventures is on right now (396 Dish Network) and he is guiding Steve & Jason Hornady for bear in Vancouver if you're interested. (If you aren't, maybe watch the Golden Globes on NBC................ya blade)

This afternoon The_Real_TCIII and two of his brothers were going to The Griffon Pub for a beers. My wife and I (her not pictured) showed up along with Goosifer and turkeyfeathers to partake in the brews. We had a very nice chat and watched some football. Next week a bunch of guys are going down to the other side of the state for a GTG in southeastern NY, I'm not sure if the DEC even gives that end of the state a Region Number? I'm sure they'll have a grand time........

I’ve been wearing Darn Tough socks for daily wear, year round for about 4-5 years now. They are guaranteed for life and today I exchanged four pairs with small holes in them for four new pairs. A couple days ago I found a great place: “Gear For Adventure” On Maple Rd (just east of Premier Liquor) that sells hiking/camping etc stuff. Being a Darn Tough dealer I inquired if they’d do my exchange. No sweat....bring ‘em in. So with all four pairs washed I swapped them out. Expensive socks but I love them and think they’re worth every penny even without the exchange. Gear For Adventure has had a store in Hamburg also for the past 13 years. The Amherst location has been open since May. Good people if you need some Good gear.

And yes, I surely did enjoy the back and forth texting in the group chat. Some days the total text count could be easily 500 texts!! I GOT BLUSTERS ON MY FINGERS!!!
