    This legit... Go figure. My understanding is the state has to prove "Act of Necessity" as early as Friday. Cross your fingers.

    PS ... It makes sense! The majority of of NY'S are not going to comply with NYSAFE. So why not boycott license fees.... It's the lessor of two evils and one that will make its mark!

    I hunt a little bit of state land early in the season close to Mass and Vermont boarders. It only takes a couple weekends then out of state hunting trashes the place... Not to mention thieves ... No matter what.... I honestly think the license boycott is the best idea I've heard. I could sacrifice a season for the cause!

    I just picked up a Taurus PT 145, 10 round mag. My retailer is giving the purchaser the magazine up front. Until MFG's comply my understanding is retailers will sell the weapon less the magazine. Thoughts?

    I'm assuming most dealers will give you the magazines upon deposit. That's what they are doing here in Colonie/Albany.

    From what I understand, NY gave Remington a sizable grant or tax break not long for an addition to the facility. I would be willing to bet that they couldn't leave even if they wanted too. Has anyone heard anything similar?

    It's going to Roth either way. But at some point we are going to have to trust the 'Media' and our voice and opinion out there. Tell the young lady we apologize and the majority of us are still is shock over all of this. And be honest the media is not our friend.

    One more thought. We are all in this together. Cutting ties with people or companies we've done business with will not help our cause. Stick together for love of God. Stuberness will get us nowhere...

    This is rediculous... The link I posted shows a pump action with pistol grip as a banned feature. Regarding semi's, if the context is correct it doesn't matter if its fixed mag or detachable, why write that in there. I truly believe the intent was fixed mag in excess of 7 plus one feature. But it's not written that way.
