Last backstrap and eye round used up nights ago. Of course dusted with bionic cow massage rub. Been eating venison tacos for past couple days too. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Thanks for the assist Bob. Definitely good to hear this program wont be getting axed with the current situation. Looking for mentors out this way in eastern NY to build capacity and recruit a full slate of new hunters to join us in our pursuits of hunting and conservation. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

13 count shrimp seasoned with Old Bay. Back straps with bionic cow massage. Both basted with garlic butter. Over using a bbq probe. Always seem to be higher temp than it actually is. Steak ended up med well. Had sweet corn and pasta salad on the side. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Pulled some back straps for dinner but right now its venison top sirloin fried up in avacado oil and dusted with bionic cow massage. No plate pictures. My 5 yr old daughter ran over and started high jacking it off my plate. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Will the world change the way you hunt this season?
dbHunterNY replied to Robhuntandfish's topic in Deer Hunting
Itll definitely change maybe now I'll have more flexibility to hunt more! Setup working remotely I can now I'd imagine. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk -
While noticable you can hunt just fine with any compound. Itll actually help you shoot better with a longer bow as when setup they're generally more comfortable and stability is good too. Last season I was filling the freezer with an Elite Victory with a 39" ata and out of a small climber stand. Posted the first deer to hit the ground on these forums. Get what feels comfortable which will be repeatable. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Each buck around here seems to start growing at different times. Early on it's hard to compare them to one another until you get into july. You can tell how much mass itll have once it gets out past the bases a bit but they look real thick compared to hard antler. Hard to tell body characteristics and age a deer during off season. Can tell if it's a really young deer vs somethin maybe older though. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

No idea. You could be right. Bought it from a local farm stand just down the road but being still their off season for a lot of stuff they may have gotten it elsewhere. I do know some up this way are putting out early 60 or so day corn from greenhouses if they're a bigger farm. This was definitely early day corn. It was on the small side compared to local stuff grown here outside. It was pretty decent so fine be me wherever it came from. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Family on different schedules tonight so nothing fancy and certainly nothing with all the fixings. Just the 5 yr old and I. She wanted chicken tenders so she got them and I turned mine into a chicken parm melt. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Late post but oldbay and garlic grilled shramp with last year garden peppers and finally venison back strap with bionic rub. Oh... and taters with bionic tater topper. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

She seemed pretty nice when I met her years back. I remember her having old looking hands which seems odd but certainly not a deal breaker. Potential for cool hunts definitely goes to Eva though. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

hard to believe a dude that trims his lawn to perfection didn't give a quarantine cut at least a half ass college try.

you're vested interests are solid now but in a past life you'd call her the most beautiful woman on earth ….you'd be a fool not to with her dad primed to take you on a guided premier Saskatchewan buck hunt or Yukon bull moose hunt.
