  1. Becoming a sponsor here to keep promoting your business? Just write it off like your table and hunting trips.
  2. Probably the same % as any other rest. I admire your skills to tell how his arrow flight is from a pic of a few arrows shot at 40 yds in a target. Most pros would depend on something more tangible.
  3. Jim Despart - a long time pro around Albany - posted pics a while back of a 300 NFA round he shot with one. 60x 300. Said it was a difference of less then 3 fps over any other rest on his set up.
  4. If they paid for themselves in 25 years, why are they tax subsidized?
  5. Just remember your taxes are helping to pay for every one you see - they are highly subsidized. And little to any of the power produced remains local. If they where used to provide lower cost electricity to those town whose skyline they trash, it might help a bit.
  6. Of course the "home business office" and "business trip expense" never get questioned. Musta been great kool aid at that meeting!
  7. Really starting to sound like an ad. Went from wanting opinions to have downline and 28 signups in 2 days?
  8. State Fair opened today. Of course having the thruway open and traffic flowing is not important to that at all.
  9. FACT: They die of old age if they don't get killed.
  10. Which is often the best choice. Dead deer around swing sets, pools, flower gardens etc being trailed by a bowhunter is not always a positive thing
  11. The opposite of "fat slob".
  12. 3. Obtain permission to recover from all neighboring landowners prior to hunting. None of the antics portrayed on "Chasing Tail".
  13. I thought they quit making them? Primers cost about nothing in the total cost per shot.
  14. The levels it can legally produce to be used in a ground blind means that using it outside in a stand would have little health risks. That is also the thing that means it can have no real effect used outdoors. Level are just too low with the dilution of an open environment and air movement.
  15. Yes - it is a shame. A shame the population is not at a level where hunting alone in season can control the damage. Good job helping the farmer protect his livelihood.
  16. Ozone works great for killing odors in sufficient quantity for a long enough period of time. There are strict federal limits on the levels a unit can produce when listed for attended use in an enclosed area. The ozonics has that listing for use in a ground blind. That means the levels produced are so low they can have no effect when used in an open uncontrolled environment like over your head in a tree stand. It's like spitting in a lake and thinking the level will rise.
  17. Wild - yes. Put and take - no. Fish and game both. Habitat restoration and preservation - yes. The raised pheasants are hardly game animals with little/no skills for survival. Even without hunting them, few survive a year. Far better places to put the money and effort.
  18. At least goldtips aren't the opposite of what they should be. The beman thing is either a deliberate attempt to be confusing or just plain stupid.
