Yes i agree and atleast its all in one spot on one thread. Now they will find a way to jump on another thread and start bashing one another on that one. I was just about to make a comment on the looks of a nice gun collection steve has and all with locks on them to boot...I like it!!

Really...A small doe is the weak doe??? My smallest doe in my herd has been the dam to my biggest bucks when mature. A deer is a deer reguardless of what side of the side of the fence it stands on. I like the idea of saving the little guys but its also a tough call on parts of the state with few deer. I know where i hunt in an AR area it is getting the job done. I would much rather see a 1 buck a year law. Kill it with what you will. A much shorter season in the north. And the big one would be 100% deer check in. All bucks would have to be brought to a DEC ran check station by the killing hunter. Then when some wives stand in front of a cop, Per Say, and had to explain how,where and when she killed said buck, A few less yearlings would be killed. All unused tags would have to be sent back. I think way to many are being killed. If they are alive..They will grow!

I guess that would depend on what side of the fence im on at the time. Ya see some of us may like to take our kills to get cut up because we take large, mature deer. You probably dont know this but those bigger deer can be tough at times and then after doing so many of them. Man it can get rough! That takes the cake for a couple of guys to knock how others may do stuff..But then again, Just read the posts...Its always the same two!! Shocker!!

Cant blame them for trying but that buck they set free is probably a dead deer. Stress kills whitetails fast. Stress will also trigger other health problems and they end up dead 99% of the time. They had to give it a shot!!

No but very nice to know he has many sons and daughters out there runnin around! Congrats on a great Ny buck take!

To tell ya the truth i cant really tell how many of those friday bow kills were replaced with Saturday gun kills. We do have a trailer set up as a cold room. We did not have enough pole to show them all. When i left Sunday at noon the count was 16 for 7 guys. Im sure if a pic was put up of all taken there would be some screaming..Overkill.. They will be enjoyed by many!!!!

Lol...Yeah and 3 of the others i shot are still in the back of my truck while i took the pic. We did well thats for sure!

Scents are a tough deal to use at times. If you dont get the Estrus Urine at the right time you can get a negitive effect from the does in your area. You want to kill the buck yes but you cant scare the does around that the bucks ae chasing. A lone buck walking will check out just about any scent but the does are another story!

Yeah Buddy!!! He is an awesome park buck. I took a nice 8pt this morning. They are still on their feet down here on the park!

Hopefully Mark will see this post and throw up a pic of the buck he shot here on Friday. Nice buck...11 points i believe. Had some palmation going on and had 51/2 bases. His best buck to date...Fyi...He shot it up on top!!

They have 48 hours max to get him back home....If people are nice...lol. After that he needs to be brought down. There is no place for this guy outside the fence!

If this is a real pic..Which i do not believe it is..Some kid got into his old mans old time bow stuff and took a shot. Very hard pic to look at and thats just what the anti's and the people against hunting want people to see!!

Sounds about what we went thru over the weekend..Well without the 150's Its hard to hear about those monsters getting wacked and then lost. It happens! Lets hope those boys recover. Sounds like you guys had a great time. I believe next week will be the week that you see some rackers hanging in the cabin areas!
