Yup that will work! Shorter season will help the 1 buck a year help save little guys because the ones that use othes tags will have less time to fill theirs first. Some will still get it done and shoot a couple but not as many. If there are enough deer in your area you get a doe tag in muzzle/bow and then doe tags the state hands out. Also believe in manditory deer check and mailing in unused tags! Seasons over- you better be on the check list or tags returned. I would also vote C but could go to even D or E if there were those choices. I would say 5% is not even close!!

Did you have to pay for these hog hunts? Would you have shot a doe or a small buck for the same price behind the same fence to test your bow setup if you did not have venision in the freezer? You think there is a problem with big racks driving a deer industry but for pigs with bigger tusks or more meat, There is not a problem with that industry.

You may want to dig a little deeper into the world of hogs behind fence before ya go to deep!

I guess that would relieve some treehuggers brain knowing that pigs cant fly and maybe they wont get out. Of course anyone that does not have them or anything to do with them will be the ones to complain about the ones that do! The way of the world!

Funny- I dont think i saw anyone say raising pigs was bad! I think you saw a statement made as to what is being done to keep pigs out of the wilds of Ny state. Do you really think there is a difference between pigs,whitetails or any other kind of animal behind fence that is raised for profit? Reguardless of where they take the bullet or who gives it to them!!

Thats because there is no CWD epidemic anywhere. Some in Govt and groups like QDMA that feel threatend by a growing industry would like to use that to slow growth. As was proven this weekend, THat did not work. As far as pigs on ranches we are trying to have laws put in that says all males must be snipped if they are brought on ranches and if they want a breeding farm they must have a permit by the state and they must have special fencing put up. As in fence 4ft underground.(Ouch $$$) as well as 8ft up. We do not need these things in the wilds of Ny State!!!!!!!!

Heard alot of complaints about the $25 the big buck club were charging to score bucks. There were a bunch of them in the crowd and i brought 2 myself. I know they need to charge but $25 might be a bit much!

The show is great. The dogs doing their jumps in the water is cool. Anyone in need of a summit openshot in excellent condition for $100 stop by our booth.

Im sure someone called the cops and reported it up there. Yotes are very hard to trap. Want them gone?? Get a good team in there that run them with dogs. They will dig them out and get em runnin!!!

Livingston cty was well represented again... I know of 3 others of 120in and up that are not on there. Awesome Ny bucks. Is it just me or are they gettin bigger every year. Ar working? More guys letting little guys walk?. More food plots and habitat work? Whatever the case, Hope it stays this way!

Yes its deep if you cross the wrong spot. There are 2 place you can make it with hip boots when the water is right. This year it was no problem gettin across. We have poles that we use to get across with. It gets shallow but that means it gets faster and it will take your feet out on the slick rocks. Always use a pole for depth also! We sometimes tie a rope off from west to east and leave it across the river for the week we are down there! The park shuts down the river trips so there is no danger to anyone comin down the river. But we flag it to be safe! There are some places on that park that never see people after the season opens. A few ropes and a little work can get you into some spots that hold awesome numbers of deer!

Shawn zoomed in on this one the best he could. If you look real close you can see the outline of the bodies. They went to the river because they were stuck in the middle. To bad they didnt know they were safe and were gunna be givin a pass anyways. lol
