Oh boy...look at response #4 about how DEC would be thankful if YOU DUMPED THAT DEER. Or the response later about killing a skinny looking fox (would have to use CONTEXT to relate that to deer). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m sure I am reading this wrong but it doesn’t say kill a thin deer out of season and you will be forgiven(which I don’t think you were suggesting either...or were you?). Sounded like you said to report the live deer to DEC and let the make a determination- if they determine they do not have the time to check every thin deer(that’s my guess) are you then suggesting to take matters into your own hands to protect the other deer from a thin deer? Just looking for clarity, but I’m nervous I will not get that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Arrived in Evergreen, Colorado yesterday for some family time with my best friend since I’m 5. He moved out here with his brood 2 years ago after running the rat race as a big time NYC lawyer. Going to hit their club today, a local hike tomorrow, Rockies/Dodgers game; may head to Colorado Springs for an overnight(suggestions welcome for hikes; raft trips; food; etc) So nice being out here and spending time with “family” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sorry for the hijack but I am most offended (and think moderators should consider a silencing) for the lack of care taken with the English language. Good Lord, people. Give a glance back and see if you spelled something close to what you intended; sprinkle a period in there every once and a while; give me a chance of being able to follow whatever point you are trying to make. I leased with two other guys three years or so ago and didn’t love it. The guys were fine(1 was barely there and the other is my best friend/regular hunting partner who has since purchased land of his own). Make sure you understand your neighbors and the area. We were told by the owner that bird hunting was fine and the neighbors don’t care and no one ever drives down the road so we can hunt the fields right by the road. None of those statements were wrong but they weren’t really right either. The neighbors understood we had the right but pleaded to not bird hunt because the noise of gunfire scared the kids; the road had little car traffic...but did seem to host road races for cyclists. Could we hunt as we wanted...I guess but it wasn’t as comfortable as we were sold. We always felt like we were trespassing and were left wondering if we were allowed to do what we were paying to do. Glad my buddy bought the land he did and treats me like a part owner. Owning your own land is such a treat Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’m planning on hitting three stadiums this summer...coors field for the Rockies vs Dodgers, Camden yard and (my most anticipated) Williamsport, Pa for the Little League World Series. My boys are trying to double down on Nationals too while we do Camden...would be cool to do a day game at one and a night game at the other. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks...pretty good day for a birthday- I hear they throw you a pretty strong parade every year in NYC. That’s what my sister says at least since that’s her big day too. Maybe your name should be leprechaun instead... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No pics but grilled cheese (Swiss and fontina) with garden cherry tomatoes. Good light summer dinner. My kids ate spaghetti and sauce!!!! While Mrs Crappy turns out a strong sauce I couldn’t wrap my stomach around that in this humidity. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks...what I read about regular corned beef would be to remove all the brine liquid (would get too salty as you mention) and double wrap in tight plastic(vacuum seal better but not an option for me...yet-please Santa!?!?) and freeze would be good for months even though I juts need weeks. It’s wrong if you DIDNT have that hope! That numbnut would have been trampled and than that animal would be put down as dangerous to people. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
