Accept for the howling 15mph wind in 3s, all is unfortunately quiet. Sat down lower than I normally like hoping deer get blown off mountain top into my lap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Thanks predate....still not sure I would feel comfortable eating them. Eating mushrooms is beat in my head as being more fatal than juggling flaming swords! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks guys. Hey grampy - do you cover the steel mesh with ply or leave it as is? Curious if that would help with longevity Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I need to trailer to transport an atv and use around a property. Any feedback on this one from tractor supply http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/carry-on-trailer-mesh-floor-utility-trailer-5-ft-x-8-ft-2-000-gvwr?cm_vc=-10005 Thanks in advance. I did get a quote for double the price at a dealer up in Columbia county so wondering if the TS one is a POS Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think it's a fake...the seller stamped that mud as a final selling point! Once when were looking at a property to lease. I was convinced the land owner recently freshened scrapes and rubs to make parcel appear more active. We even found a 4 point shed right in the middle of the trail we were told to follow. So cool...popped a cheap 5' section if pipe on there last night from Home Depot and this thing roared all night in my backyard. A little caste iron cement, the proper piping and a carbon monoxide detector and I'm ready to roll. Thanks for your advice Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Ok so against the better counsel of the board members I decided to give it a shot. I have a deal wth the seller to bring it back to him Saturday if I find too many issues. Right now I have a fire going with no chimney system. The "cracks" are not an issue it seems however when I close the door with the door vent wide open, the fire goes out almost instantly. Would a proper chimney system draw the air more adequately to keep the fire goin when the door is closed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Going back today to check that "crack" more closely. As an English teacher, I have little experience with judging the severity of this issue. Any advice! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Thanks for the ideas about the firebricks inside. I saw that "crack" and wondered about It myself. If it is actually a crack, I imagine I would have seen light in the inside which I didn't. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

In a shed 20x40 that we may be sleeping in occasionally. Is the rust a problem beside aesthetically? Nothing appears pitted or rotted away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Need some advice on this wood burning stove. It will cost me $125 as is and then I think it need to be sandblasted and painted? Powder coated? Resealed? Is it worth it? It's about 14"x26"x18" What else do I need to consider? How much would sandblasting/refinishing cost me? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks guys...that internal screw was key but to access it I need to remove the black cap where those two small nuts are. Then I loosened the p clamp and was able to back out the internal screw enough the shift the housing to the right. Flying true..confidence restoring! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Seems like there is a small screw inside housing that may control left right- is that possible Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I grind a small onion in my ground venison with some garlic powder, salt, pepper, and some crushed red pepper. Stays nice and moist. Serve with cheese (or not) and thin onions cooked in caste iron pan, Frank's red hot, on a Martins potato roll. Really like them as sliders too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What about the added scent in the woods? I assume you will say that the wind must be right regardless but I am also assuming you saw no difference in game activity when using one? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Broke out the new fryer & made a panelle sandwich. Italian street food- deep fried chick pea flour patties, scoop of fresh ricotta(from Cassa de Mozzarella on Arthur Ave) and Parmesan shavings. Pretty close to Joes in Ave U in Brroklyn Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
