  1. Pulled pork hash , 2 eggs over easy. A few dashes of Frank's Redhot It's what's for breakfast
  2. never had it but would like to. Flying fish eggs and sea urchin roe some of my favorite sushi. Had caviar ( and good stuff ) a few times. Way to salty for my liking
  3. Omg. I tried a piece. Daughter just got home from school and couldn't wait for the Mrs and I. Best BBQ she's ever had she says. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce to set it off

  5. The tropical IPA beer camp ? Every fall they release an assortment 12 of compilations of breweries and breweries who don't normally distribute to NY. It's tough to find and only so so. Breweries only brew particular beer for this Beer Camp and then that batch is gone
  6. I think so . Friend saw two big bucks chasing does the last week. One was in his neighborhood and said the two of them ripped up his and neighbors lawn while running all over.
  7. Nope , Bud Limerita. Final stage of pulled pork today. Our crockpot is temperamental so I didn't want to leave it going overnight. Dinner at 6:15 after a few hours in crockpot.

  9. after about 4 hours in smoker and 7 in oven at 225. Time for the crockpot House smells so good.
  10. . Just took it out of long stint in oven after it was smoked for about 4 hours. Crockpot time now.

  13. are you referring to Maine Lunch ? Not sure about the breakfast part out of maybe Breakfast Weasel or Founders Breakfast Stout. Maine Lunch is tough to come by and completely overrated IMO. I've passed it up the last few times. Maine Another One a better IPA IMO. Which RR they sending you ? Pliny ? Their sours very good too if you like sours.
  14. Pork shoulder on smoker since 8 am so I decided to drink this beauty. Alcohol burn to the nose but not upon sipping. A good one hour beer for this one. 17.5% abv
  15. stouts , Belgian quads , and Barleywine are awesome to cellar. IPA 's need to be drank fresh though ( inside 2 months tops )
  16. I've never gone shed hunting but intend to. It's nice you take your daughter along I'm hearing of quite a few bucks still with headgear on. I have some good spots to check out and have no idea what I'm doing. Hope to report back soon with good results.
  17. Pork shoulder. Lightly rubbed with yellow mustard and then brown sugar , salt , pepper and garlic powder. Going to smoke for 3-4 hours, then long bout of oven at 225 and finally crockpot. Friend suggested this. It falls apart without the intense pulling my pork ( lol ) Smoking on apple chips from my folks tree they had removed over the summer.

My connection was able to hook me up. 4 pack of Weyerbacher Sunday Morning Stout : aged in bourbon barrels w/ coffee 11.3% 2014 Goose Island Bourbon County Stout 13.8% 2014 GI BCS coffee 13.5% 2014 GI BCS Barleywine aged in bourbon barrels 12.3% 2015 GI BCS 13.7% 2 Avery Tweak stout w/coffee 17.5% Some of the best beer you could lay your hands on. Unicorns to obtain.
