  1. Yea. Had to test to leave and come back. Girlfriend showed her card. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Well I’ve been tested 9 times now twice for travel 6 for work and once for myself. 8 of those time I wouldn’t have had to be tested if I would have shown my vaccine card. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Because the vaxed go about their life without tests unless they’re symptomatic. In vaxed have to be tested Regularly for work, travel etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. So far 6 people from my girlfriends family’s thanksgiving dinner have tested positive with symptoms, one of them I sat beside all night getting each other beers while watching the games. Out of the 25ish people there myself and an infant were the only 2 that weren’t vaxed. Just to get them to shut up I got tested and am negative. It’s a wonderful thing when you allow your body to do what it’s supposed to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. We have a 25yr retirement and I’m at 8 with my military time. It’s a shitty situation, at this point I think I’m going to take my suspension and ride it out a year in hopes that the courts over turn the mandates by then. I don’t know, it’s hard to give up a job I really enjoy going to that I work less than 150days a year and make 100k with 3 months off for deer season. I’m 33 completely debt free and my daughter graduates in 2 yrs so I have to stay in the state until June of 24, after that I’ll probably sell everything but the camp and head elsewhere. Hopefully by then joe hasn’t completely screwed the economy so my house and property will be worth something. My daughter tested positive the week before thanksgiving, zero symptoms but 7 girls on her cheer team tested positive so school mandated her a test to return to school. CDC never once contacted me about her. Its all so stupid, no one has a clue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Unvaccinated are tested at a much greater rate. Those stats are nothing but propaganda. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. That’s the way it’s looking. Might be back to building houses shortly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Slick tricks! I’ve shot them for probably 15yrs now after trying them all. By far my favorite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. If you haven’t figured out those answers yet then you are an idiot! It’s control, it’s been about control since the first sign of this crap. I find out Monday if I’m getting suspended without pay or not over it but I’m not on a forum arguing with the idiots that support this shit everyday. It goes nowhere, you aren’t changing anyone’s mind. The brainwashed leftists will continue to be brainwashed leftists and the unvaccinated are going to stay unvaccinated unless they cave to keep their job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Why are we still talking about this? If you want the vax you have it. You have nothing to worry about. Your chances of dying from covid are about zero. If you don’t have the shot it’s because you don’t want it. If you’re young and healthy your chances of dying from it are about zero. If you’re old, fat, smoke or have other illnesses or weakened immune system and don’t have the vax you’re taking a big chance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks and thanks! It was my best friend from the Marins younger brother. 30yrs old died of a brain tumor, it was a tough weekend for sure! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Lol, ok. I’ll say this, there is ZERO reason to lube a bolt on any action type for hunting purposes, zero! Storage, sure, range use, sure. You aren’t firing enough rounds to wear any parts, a firearm used for hunting should never be dirty enough to a point where lube would make an action work better etc. There is even less reasons to ever lube a firing pin, every firing pin used on a firearm for the last 100+ years has been made of stainless steel for a reason. When I was shooting guns at targets way more important than deer the only guns we ever lubed was machine guns. Regular cleaning, and general maintenance were all we ever did. We would lube our auto’s before a range to slow wear but NEVER in combat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yea, I had a funeral I went to down to in pa last weekend but got back up today and got on a real good one. Saw 3 bucks today but never the one I was tracking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have no idea what that has to do with me responding to your statement “if the primer is dented it rules out a gun issue?” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Sorry bud, a primer can be dented and it still be a gun issue. For a primer to go off the firing pin must strike it with enough force to drive the anvil “front side of area firing pin strikes” into the “mix” known as a disk. If the firing pin doesn’t strike with enough force it will crack the disk instead of crumbling it. The effects of the disk crumbling Are what ignites the primer. Soaking a bolt in clp is about he worst thing you could do to your bolt. Break clean or alcohol is what you want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Take bolt apart and clean firing pin channel with break clean. For hunting I Never lube a gun to avoid the possibility of oil getting in around firing pin. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. My thoughts exactly! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. People are a funny critter. I won’t drive after a beer but I enjoyed a beer in the stand this afternoon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. So you’ll drive home after a beer but not be in the stand? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. It all depends on the area. I like hunting as high as I can get. Some places that’s only 1500ft other places it’s 4500ft. If tracking I always like starting high because less likely I’ll be in the swamps although I still always tend to end up in them… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I left dinner early to head to camp to hunt in those conditions in the morning! If I could have 5 days a year like that I wouldn’t hunt any other days! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. It sounds textbook of lube in the firing pin channel to me. Before I brought it to a gunsmith I would double check. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
