  1. My point exactly, if we would have vaxxed the immune compromised and the elderly and let nature take its course on those that won’t die from getting it Corona would have been gone a year ago! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. At work we are on our second week of testing. We have decided to stay United as a facility and most everyone is being tested vaxxed or not. So far 7 positives out of over 200 all 7 are fully vaxxed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. When are the vaxxed getting tested? Everything I keep seeing the vaxxed don’t need to be tested. So how are they getting that many vaxxed people tested? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. If that’s taken from every test given I would believe it. There are probably 10x’s more tests going to the unvaccinated so those numbers would make perfect sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Where is that info coming from? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. You realize right wing Canadians dream of having a prime minister as moderate as Biden right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. How much is “much”? I’m not talking about the elderly or those with underlying issues. I’m talking about the average “healthy” adult. I agree, don’t know what that has to do with the vaccine? I don’t agree with this because it’s impossible for anyone to know the stats on how much more likely you are to get the virus if not vaccinated. If you are vaccinated you have less of a chance of having symptoms than someone who isn’t vaccinated. Doesn’t that make it more dangerous for the populous if an infected individual is walking around maskless with no idea they’re spreading it as to someone who has better chances of a symptom and stay home because they know they’re sick. We’ll never know because the way the testing criteria is setup it’s going to give way higher numbers for those that haven’t gotten the shot and they quit tracking breakout cases. 8. Absolutely! We would have been better off left unchecked! We got the vaccine out, let the cards fall as they may, this has been a case of the cure being worse than the illness since day 1! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Covid didn’t cripple the world economy, politicians did! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I long ago quit giving a crap what something I enjoy costs. No different than paying an extra 1.50$ for a gallon of gas at the pump when I’m filling the boat, Harley, snowmobile, wheeler or truck. I may bitch but I’m still going to do what I enjoy! I have no idea how many days I’ll have left on earth and I damn sure won’t let a few dollars get in the way of something I want to do, I’ve never heard of someone on their death bed say they wish they did less. As for supplies I have plenty, many many years worth of loadedammo even with my way above average shooting habits, and when that’s gone I’ll dust off the press’s and get into the components, I hate reloading but I will if I have to. As for the muzzleloader I got into blackhorn when it first came out and it was hard for me to find so when I did finally find it I bought 16lbs, when I found out Remington STs were the best primers for it I bought 10k of them. I won’t shoot all that powder or primers in 3 lifetimes but I’ll never be without, and I like that feeling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. He was a piece of shit turncoat. Too bad it took this long! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hunted home this morning. Last night I wanted a doe and saw 4 bucks this morning I didn’t want to shoot a doe and had 9 does and fawns in range. Headed north for a for a few days to do a little armed scouting in the big woods. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Doe patrol with the smoke pole. I have to pick Maddys deer up tonight so might as well bring one if I get the chance. Monsoon and 60mph wind supposed to be here soon, definitely only taking high shoulder shots tonight! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I apply every year for VT, NH and ME, you can’t look at it as a hurdle it’s a donation to a great cause with an awesome reward! It’s like a 50-50 with a way better reward. A friend of mine drew a VT tag 5 yrs ago and I called for him. It was the best week I have ever spent in the woods and I couldn’t even carry a gun nor was he successful. 15. I would take a 22-250 over a 30-30 for a deer round any day. I’ve killed deer with both and have been nothing but disappointed in the performance of a 30-30 on deer. Have yet to have to track one of with my 22-250 or my 222 for that matter. Less meat will be damaged with a monolithic .22 than the lead bullets you use in your 30-30. 16. Never played in my life before this summer, now I’m golfing instead of hunting. It’s an addicting sport! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. It’s official, since sept 27th I have golfed more times than I’ve hunted. I’ve killed plenty of deer in warm weather but I simply don’t enjoy it. After today I think the clubs are going away by the looks of the long term. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I have one and love it, I love it so much I had it rebored to a 35whelen. Recoils a bit stout but it’s a shooter with a ridiculously smooth bolt, a great trigger and the 60deg. Bolt throw is Awesome for low scope mounting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I wonder what they consider “gas” ? My zero turn is LP. But I would still be effected by my weed wacker, chain saw, hedge trimmer etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Were you wearing your wool socks? Mine are loose with my every day socks but fit perfect with a good wool sock. Tight boots will make your feet cold very quick! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. That would be too easy of a way out for that ass hole! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I’ve never been this excited to be in NYC. Just landed In jfk after a week in punta cana. I learned that I’m not a resort guy after the 2nd day I couldn’t wait to leave but my buddy had a nice wedding and I’m happy I was there for it. Now a 4.5hr drive home and will be back in the stand for an am hunt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Sounds Like an awesome spot to get started! I don’t change anything based on the wind but I’m mindful of it. I almost never leave the track the chance of him smelling me is a small price to pay for the information I’m getting from stying on his tracks. The only time I’ll ever leave a track is if I’ve already jumped him multiple times and he keeps doing the same thing. Last year I hunted a buck in the last week of season and he just wanted to lay down but kept picking those unkillable spots. After the 4th or 5th time of this I looped around above him and had a shot at him in his bed looking back on his tracks. Ended up not being big enough but my plan worked. 24. If you have any questions, fire away! What do you have for gear, where are you planning on going? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I’ve killed a deer with every legal weapon in NY From a longbow to 300win mag. I don’t care what I kill them with, I just want a fun hunt. My favorite hunt has been with a bow when I shot my 8pt in adks while still hunting. But I’d rather shoot them tracking in the snow with a peep sighted pump action rifle.
