That’s a nice shooting gun, are you mounting a light on it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Longbeard XR vs Cabela's choke tubes
Buckmaster7600 replied to UpStateRedNeck's topic in Turkey Hunting
They both have large holes that I wouldn’t be comfortable with, I agree with mowin if I had to hunt with that setup 30 would be my max! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Vaccination

I understand that but what percentage has it doesn’t know it and never gets tested? I think the tested number is so small that it doesn’t amount to anything! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I hope you’re wrong but if so I’ll have a very difficult decision to make. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Vaccination

Who cares about people having this crap that don’t even know it? This stuff still baffles me. It’s the exact reason why I’m still not vaccinated! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Not worth it, I’m still not comfortable wearing a mask. If you’re worried you can wear one I have zero worries I shouldn’t have to wear one! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Assuming you’re a right handed shooter the book says you’re tightening your grip while squeezing trigger, usually it’s your non firing hand. Without watching you that’s the best I can give you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Rounds is really up to you guys! We can start with a 50rd accuracy course and go from there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Should I take the online archery course for crossbow
Buckmaster7600 replied to luberhill's topic in General Chit Chat
#1 who knows? #2 even if it isn’t mandatory it’s a very good idea to take the course! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

It’s easy to blame the officers in these scenarios, they’re the low hanging fruit. People who have never been in a life or death scenario where you’re being recorded 24/7 and decisions you have to make in milliseconds can have life changing consequences, love to Monday morning quarterback. Exactly, I’ve killed bucks tracking in crusty snow when the deer heard me coming for a long time yet they still stayed there because I wasn’t surprising them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Palmetto State Armory Builds
Buckmaster7600 replied to josephmrtn's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
If that’s the case then a psa upper will likely be fine. I still highly recommend building an upper yourself, you’ll get much better quality and the price difference isn’t much if any at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I think it has way less to do with conditioning as it does the fact that predators move differently through the woods. If you’ve ever watched a coyote or bobcat go through the woods they move completely differently than say a raccoon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This will get interesting, surely the first of many! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Don’t care about anything further than 25 because I won’t shoot that far. Have you ever shot a turkey load at 5 yds? I’ve yet to see a pattern that’s bigger than a base ball. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No, I’m not approved by the county. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Would any members be interested in a handgun training course. I will do it on my personal range the only thing I ask is to be reimbursed for the targets. I do this a couple times a month for guys at work and friends. I’ve been a firearms instructor for over 10 years. I was a combat marksmanship coach, combat marksmanship trainer, primarily marksmanship instructor as well as certified range safety officer and range officer in charge in the Marine Corps. I have multiple trainer certifications from the NRA. I have been through multiple military and civilian marksmanship and firearm schools and enjoy sharing what I’ve learned. The courses curriculum will be up to who ever wants to join. It can be more marksmanship based, defensive or both. The last couple courses I’ve done was some drills that I came up with/ have learned to get the most of 50 rounds. It seemed to be well received and with the current times very fitting as we all seem to be limiting our range time. That’s an option but again I’m very flexible. I have a very flexible schedule so the dates would really be up to whoever is interested. I live an hour north of Albany 5 minutes from I87. Let me know if anyone is interested? There are people that use trailers way more than me, and are much harder on them. For what I’m looking for aluminum is almost double the price of steel but my current dump trailer is starting to rot. It’s a 2012, that gets 90% of its use in the winter. It still has a lot of life left in it and still has some resale left in it’s current shape. I hope and from my research I should get more than double the life out of an aluminum unit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My gooseneck and dump trailer are both big Tex. They’ve both been excellent trailers! The couple issues I’ve had were minor and parts were easy to get. If I was buying a utility trailer it would be aluminum, next year I’m planning on getting a new dump trailer and it will be aluminum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
