With a couple new hunters joining our ranks I am looking for a shooting range or club with range to join in CNY. I need a more comfortable and set up place for newbs to shoot. Minimal it needs at least a 200 yard rifle range. Lots of access time to shoot needed as well. Is any one a member at Pathfinder Fish and Game Club - Baldwinsville Rod and Gun Club or Central NY Rod and Gun Club? Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I renew my wife's and daughter's AAA every valentines. Takes care of them year around and my ass does not have to go change a flipping tire or tow the car!! I tell them cause I care every day not just valentines! She doesn't do chocolate, can kill a flower faster than Wolc can eat a deer nut and we go out to dinner all the time anyway.

School closed here today, not sure why it was colder yesterday and they went. Silly, its winter in CNY. Its cold and snowy. Lefty snowflakes trying to make everyone pansies. I did let the location in St.Paul close yesterday though they were looking at -25 real temp and -60 wind chill lol!

Fell in love eating the grilled octopus in Greece and Turkey years ago. Have never had any as good. I have tried making it and also not as good and quite the process!

I make many, many pounds of jerky year around. Probably did 60 plus pounds last year, weight before drying. All I use is ground. I save the steaks and such for the grill. The texture, pull is different but I love it and it beats any store brand. I actually am just finishing up 5 pounds of honey flavored in the dehydrator now. If I had unlimited big roasts to slice up I would do whole cut but I have excess ground.
