I am getting nervous, I pulled cards and he has not been around in over a week. He did pick up a new friend who has a funky rack. Looks like a 6x2.

Oh my lord his Daddy is a frickin beast!! And he is no slouch!!

Too much lol arent they all though! I think sticker was $43,275. I got it for about $6,000 less than that plus what I wanted for my trade. Unfortunately the ZR2 does not get all the rebates and discounts the Silverado gets which is like $11,000 right now but it is the truck I wanted. This truck has about zero upgrades though since it is already loaded with everything.

lol yea its a bit "bugged" up right now. My poor pics don't give it justice. It is pretty bad ass looking.

I never updated but I did finally find my new ride. A 2017 Colorado ZR2. Black on Black.

or porter or IPA or.... lol The Swiss 2% IPA sound interesting, wonder what the calories are?

I wear thin gloves just to keep my hands camoed and not sticking out because that is the part of me that moves the most and I don't want catching a deers keen eyes. The muff with the chemical hand warmer or two is the ticket.

Man that brings back memories! My first native brookie outing was from my grandfathers best friend long passed now. Hiked me back into god knows where up past St.Regis when I was maybe 11-12 and caught a bunch. I still remember how colorful they were. Been many years since I have gone after any wilds up there and I have no idea where I was that day. Had some fun with those old timers though!! I remember one trip after they been having a few beers they were going to fix a beaver problem in the middle of the night. I was recruited to drive (sober and 13 or so lol) i remeber dinamite was involved and me swearing to never tell my mom or grandmother know anything about this adventure. Sworn in darkness over a sip of Schafers!!

I too have enjoyed doing it for the last couple decades. Helps me really break down my bow seasons. I still wish they would let me do multiple entries a day since I frequently hunt two different places in a day, morning and evening.

Wow, that is too bad, but as you said could have been worse. Stay positive man and get healed up. The deer will be out there next season. We will try to keep you entertained!!
-
Good luck with him!!

Yea kidney stones suck!! Early season i always have a bottle of mio water, usually apple or tea flavored. When it gets cold a thermos of hot coffee goes as well. Nothing like holding out for 2-3 hours in 10 degree weather and then pour some hot cofee and a snack to bring me back to life!!

I got that at Beers of the World in Henrietta WT Brews is a local brewery here by me in Baldwinsville. They make the best PB Porter I have ever had. They only make it a couple times a year, next around Thanksgiving.
