Could be something else forced them to change their pattern as well off your property. Any changes that you can tell to the fields or bedding? Is there new human interaction, clearing, new building, new owners putting on their own scouting pressure?

Clothes all washed and outer layers all hanging outside just freshly sprayed with Sawyers. Been shooting one 40 yard arrow every couple of hours for the past few days. Have not missed the 4 inch center ring yet. Pack is pretty packed up. I need to sharpen broadheads and I am ready.

I use a green light with just a little light pointed at the ground in front of me. Or none at all if enough moonlight. I know my permanent stand routes with my eyes close but prefer to have the light as it seems every day a few new sticks fall and I prefer not to step on them all and blow out any close by deer. I have been watching seasons of THP on Amazon and it amazes me how much light those guys shine all over going in the dark! They go in pretty blind and are beaming up trees and all over looking for the right setup and they seem to see all kinds of deer.

This cool day made we crave soup! Wild hog Italian sausage soup. So good! A bit sad as that was the last of the wild hogs. That meat was way better than expected! No gator this year.
