11/7 am 43 Out in the far stand out back. Nothing until 9 and had a 4 point browse by at 20 yards. Was contemplating bailing and then had a 6 point come browsing by at 20 yds at 11. Saw a fisher at 11:30 and bailed at 12:10 after a 6 hr watch. My bro was in the new stand and saw 4 , 2 doe fawns being harassed by a spike and a button. 6 days of 70’s. Oh joy!! Man I picked the wrong stand lol sun beating down on me! 73 degrees. Jumped one bedded in brush 20 feet from stand. The boy just got in the tower. And ... had to pause go to his stand and kill the wasp and back to mine lol. Got my nephew in the new stand and my BIL down the far stand. Think first time ever had all four stands filled here. 11/6 pm 72 Out back in far stand for 2 hours and saw zip. My brother was in the new ladder down from me and saw 5 a small buck chasing a doe and another small buck. He saw a nice doe too far out and when he got down a glimpse of a bigger buck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

11/6 am 50 Down in the stand past the Hole. Hunted about an hour then my brother up top had surveyors walking around and in the bedding area. We know the property is being cut up and sold. It’s out last season there. I went home and decided to go sit in the far stand out back. So a bit after 9 I head back easy and walk into a buck and doe. He was a shooter maybe 2.5 8. He never saw me. She heard or saw me and took two bounds then stopped then went up the ridge. I grunted and he was looking but then looked at her and she won. I shoulda been looking a bit better! Way to go Otto! My morns been a shit show lol. Was up in stand down past the Hole well before light. Bro up on his ridge. An hour after light he texts me saying he’s got surveyors working down below him walking all over the bedding area. We know the place is being sold and think it’s going to be a development. This is our last season here. Well we figured the morning hunt was pooched so headed out. I’m off today so figured I’d go sit out back for a while. It now 9am I get about 175 yards from my far stand and I’m easing along but obviously not looking good enough and catch a doe jump and take a couple bounds across the bottom maybe 75 yards away. Then I see a bucks with her. He has no idea I’m there. He’s standing 60 yards away. Looks like a solid 8. 2.5 prolly a shooter. Not sure if she saw or just heard me but she is not happy. I give a couple soft grunts. She head away uphill he’s now looking my way but he wanted her more than me. She dragged him up the ridge. Now sitting here with that stupid feeling you get when you just screw up lol. I’m not thrilled about 70,s for the next week but Moog says get out there so I’m out there!! I do not add anything to venison but a touch of salt. It is fantastic. I usually use it up under a year but have had it close to 2 years stored in cool dry area and have had no bad results. I doubt it last that long cause it is good!

11/5 am 50 Out back again. This time I hit the new middle ladder stand. I barely touched the ladder and I start hearing deer close by in the bottom. I freeze and after 10 minutes finally get up the stand. It is around 5:45 or so. I barely get my coat pulled on and I hear another deer walking down the bottom 30 yards away. Too dark to see anything. Finally get settled in and it gets light. I see one slip across an opening off my left a good 150 yds. out and watched him cruise behind the houses behind me like 2-300 yards. Looked like a 1.5 yr old. Then it was just dead. Sat for 2 hours. Pulled some cards and the place is just getting hammered by little bucks. I have sequences of 5-6 different bucks within an hour. Not one shooter lol. Had two fight for 10 minutes in the tower plot. Off 7 of the next 10 days. Somethings gonna die!

Dang, he's a nice looking buck. Hope you get another crack at him.

Dude! Nice! My freezer looks just like all the dead soldiers left after TF and Biz get done mowing there frilly lawns, EMPTY!!

I've been getting a ton of cam pics the last few days at 5-6am and seeing deer early. I don't think the weather is going to change that much. Good luck.
