Its now mine....I have already hit the line of credit for 200k,,,,,,maybe the owner should go for 500k in loans since they must be free in your mind..... Its damn hard to make money selling a $5 product that you make 10cents or less on...... Man, you sure know how to make a persons blood boil!

I do all the ordering, hiring, firing, record keeping, accounting, environmental records etc.....He didn't lie to me at all.... I can hold 43600 gallons of fuel in my tanks.....When gas is $2 dollars a gallon that is $87200.00 i can have in inventory. When gas is $5 per gallon that is $218000 to fill the tanks......Where does that extra inventory money come from? You are correct that a gas station makes 7-20 cents per gallon. What is the credit card fee on $5 instead of $2? At $5 it's 15 cents per gallon! How many people pay cash these days? Here it is less than 10%....So yes, the margin shrinks.....Gallons go down because normal people simply can't afford to drive like they used too.....Also what they have left over to spend in the store on Soda, Sandwiches, snacks etc that you actually make money on so those sales go down as well.... Don't worry, i won't expect an apology for your ignorance or for calling someone i consider a friend a liar.....

I'm out of likes! I got my first Golden, Zimba out of the newspaper classifieds. He was two weeks from 13 when he passed. I don't remember what i paid for him....I think that was 2001. I got my boy Milo who is 7 1/2 now out off an internet classified. I believe i paid $800 for him... I found Remmy at a bar....lol. I was at a bar with my friend Nikki and a guy came in said all the pups were born ok so i started asking questions.....Figured it was meant to be.....!

I was born in 1973.....My Mom was home until my brother and i were old enough to get off the bus and come home for a few hours by ourselves and then she went back to teaching. We had dinner at the table every night. Going out to dinner, even McDonalds was a treat. So was ordering Pizza....Now we do that all the time....In the summer i was gone with the neighborhood kids from the second I got up until it was time for dinner. Playing in the woods, Army, toy guns etc....Sometimes I could go back out after dinner.... The biggest change IMO is the complete lack of respect for anyone with authority.....From parents, teachers, police etc. I knew if i got in trouble in school my punishment at home was going to be way worse than anything the school was going to do to me...I never dealt with the police.....I loved but feared and respected my parents.....Still do today...the fear is different, just don't want to let them down... If i get pulled over, i deserved it and the LEO will never get anything from me other than yes sir, no sir.... I have no idea what has caused this lack of respect for parents, elders, teachers, law enforcement etc, or how to fix it but there isn't a bigger problem IMO...

I don't know where you are but if you are interested in the info where i got him.....LMK. I am just outside Saratoga. As far as I know he has 6 left, 4 boys and 2 girls.....$550 for a Golden Retriever puppy isn't something you are going to find and was really the only reason i jumped on it....I had been keeping my eye out for a while and never saw anything less than $2000

I totally agree, i have been very fortunate.....to bad that fortune has been ruined by an installed president....

Stewarts wants me to train to run one of their stores but after 22 years of doing whatever i want, how i want, when i want, however i want, I'm not sure how well i would get a long there but it is an option and one I am thinking about...

I have known this for about a week but have been so sick to my stomach I still can't process it....The Store/Gas Station/Car Wash i have been running for 22 years (had I made it too September) is being sold too Stewarts.......The owner can't make money at these prices and is putting out more and more money every week just to keep fuel in the tanks while making zero profit in the process. These mom and pop stores can't survive in this climate. We struggled terrible under Obama but plowed through it and my owner can't outlay this money for another three years. I understand it, I do and see the numbers every day, but it still sucks.....So i guess I'll be starting over at 49 years old....No idea what I am going to do but at least I have about a month and will be getting some severance.... For those of you that think this should be in the political section, I don't care, this is very personal to me......Who you vote for has real effects on real people.....

Hmmm, I'll have to get back to you on this one.....
