  1. Hahaha I can still recall some special ones I witnessed.
  2. One of my buddies used to brew. He came up with some really good beers but ended up stopping because he didn't have the time to do it. I think it's kind of expensive as well
  3. This comes from the Town you live in for the state?
  4. I read this really cool article once in national geographic about the beaver and it's role in New York City. Basically linked the beaver to all types of different aspects of Native American life and they kind of piece together what living on Manhattan was like for Native Americans precolonial times
  5. Greg. Uptown put it out there. You gonna act upon it? He used the letter f and u. HahahahahA. Reminds me of an elementary school kid tattling on someone
  6. what if this comes to light and then they say no hunting allowed? I read over the link and it said nothing about hunting in it unless i missed it. There are some wma/state lands in that region. I dont want to lose them.
  7. If the right likes minimal govt why did gw start the bailouts? Why did he roll out that un-patriotic act? Theyre the same big govt loving turds as the left.
  8. id also like to know if any of those countries are trying to "liberate them" with bombs
  9. I was repeating what was said between our posts. I should've copy and paste it. maybe you would have been able to understand it better
  10. Can you clarify what this means. "You some unaware"?
  11. Papy. U quoted my statement before vjp response..... And Didn't even give an answer or copy and paste anything. Well. I said conservatives find it racist. Vj reponded with "they do?" And i will say yes. Unless ur saying every single conservative is on the same page. Are u telling me there isnt one conservative who finds it racist? And if so can you prove it. But vj did give a good response to what i said. Ill take it that generally conservatives dont find it racist while liberals do. Not trying to start an argument.
  12. All conservatives support the confederate flag? Can you prove it? I find it funny that the right wing is standing up for a flag that was a symbol of the democratic party. Democrats ran the south during the civil war. So if you support the flag do you support the democrats?
  13. conservatives consider the display of the confederate flag as being racist as well.
  14. i think you're fortunate to have private land to hunt. As am I. i always say I'm spoiled to hunt private land, but I did grow up doing most of my hunting on public land. I still use public land during small game. I guess to those people who don't have private land to hunt, just tell them to not buy a license until they save up or make some friends with land i guess? We as sportsmen paid for these lands with our own money. Im glad we have them to hunt and fish. And I disagree with the "state land was little visited". One of the main reasons people stay clear of public land is that there are too many hunters on it.
  15. i was looking at the situation thru the eyes of sportsmen. if i owned a piece of that land there is probably a slim to none chance i would allow strangers to hunt it. and that goes for the same if a business owned it. as of now some peoples lively hood depends on that land. guessing by your answer, id say you are for giving the land to individual owners. yes? do you think the people who ranch the land and run hunting/fishing guide services are in favor of that or in favor of keeping it federally run?
  16. Vjp. What would you say if the land was privatized and sold to companies who bulldozed the area and put up malls, factories, condos, etc and it was never hunted/fished again. That would be the free market at work. Wouldnt it?
  17. Good Read http://www.trcp.org/media/press-release/sportsmen-mobilize-to-stop-transfer-and-sale-of-public-lands#.VpW1ADaufVp
  18. I dont think mike was alluding to that. I kinda think he was saying that the ranchers out there aren't supportive of this movement. Maybe a handful but the majority arent on board with this and dont feel this way. They are in the opposite side of bundy. Thats what i took from his comment unless im wrong.
  19. hypothetical question: what happens if the land that they now have "occupied" and want to give back to the people is in fact done so. and then if those private individuals say "nobody is allowed to hunt/fish/hike/camp/etc on my land"? Or they decide to sell the land to some company who decides to put up whatever they please. Those are legit questions. Its a double edge sword, that could swing against the interests of sportsmen. yes or no?
