    Do you think that if nys had extensive predator hunting/control we could trend towards having sustainable pheasants? Maybe an incentive based program or something like that. Year round predator hunting. Idk just thinking out loud. It seems like thats a huge factor on your land. that would also help all small game as well.

    I've been pheasant hunting in Long Eddy before. And have gone to Callicoon to hang out. It's a nice little place. I can't comment on the deer hunting but there are plenty of woods up there. Good luck.

    Every person I know is swamped in loan debt and pays it back. You cant just stop oaying a loan and walk away scott free. If you decide to do that there are severe repercussions. But the truth doesnt fit some peoples agenda.
