    Best of luck friend, I'm 24 and I make nearly half of what I did last year!! Tough times but stay positive and a good one will come through just keep pushing on.

    Didn't read the entire thread but for me it's because it's more of a challenge. I could go out and fill a tag on a young buck no problem very quickly. But then my buck hunting is over until gun season.

    Same here I pass a lot of young bucks up until November or the last week of archery atleast then I'll fill a tag with a 1.5, I don't shoot fawns or does with fawns as a personal choice. as far As I'm concerned if it's legal and you are happy with it then shoot it.

    When properly paired with draw weight and arrow they all work. I've been shooting grim reapers with no problems.

    I do understand your points but I have personally seen guys who never hunted archery season buy crossbows and expect to take it out of the box and kill deer with it. Mandatory education course is a good start for sure.

    Would not want one myself but I can see people wanting them, I just worry that people won't properly practice and learn before going out and acting like they have a 12 gauge in their hands. Taking stupid shots that should never be taken. With someone who practices and knows limitations I have no problem.

    Passed 2 doe then 2 fawn with faint spots come by hour later then a big boy was crossing below me 60 yards out
