  1. Ok,i said i wasn't going to drop the arm,and I didn't!!! Just estimated a little low,but shot is good, just an inch or two low at 25 ish.
  2. I hung another stand yesterday, that makes me want to sit in it right away! Beautiful spot on a little stream with apples and red oaks close by,usually there is a scrape down there too. Saw a decent six there last year, right after i let my bow of the tree. Past legal light anyway... Hope he is still around.
  3. you mean all three of us against you? Otherwise not fair...
  4. especially now with the practice limbs, haha
  5. smart little buck, hiding behind all that stuff
  6. And left again, what a dummkopf. Done dropping my arm now. Second shot was better,23 yds.
  7. Dont know if this relates to target panic, but i figured something out for myself. I dont change my arm angles at all after drawing back, and to aim higher or lower i push my hips toward the target for higher and away from it for lower. Just like in a treestand bending at the waist. Works for me if i remember not to jerk the bow down to see where i hit...
  8. I have a bunch left, gonna get one less this year. Four is too much for me,three is perfect!
  9. oiii, not much better today. Good thing we have a month left...
  10. here is mine from yesterday at 24,also very oof...
  11. you are right Tommy,it is awesome to be able to do that. Just hung a stand with a friend yesterday and picked a spot for another. Also put my 2nd camera out. 4 more stands to hang....
  12. Didnt think you were the sit down type biz....
  13. gee Larry,my arrow didn't make it all the way through and got broken into three pieces, found the mid section in the ribcage, never found the end or tip. Yours fared much better...
  14. well moog,my shots with the compound were pretty bad as well. Maybe last nights storm threw us off? Too embarassed to post...
  15. I shoot the muzzy fixed blade. They fly well and penetrate well. Had one go through the ribcage and break the front leg on the opposite side. I only shoot 55#. Works for me,so staying with it.
  16. the first pic is my first two at 21yds,the other 4 at 27. Finally getting back in the groove.
  17. fairly loose biz, just to keep the bow from dropping to the ground...
  18. wow,what a bruiser. Awesome sight.
  19. wowser chrisw,i am not sure i could see the target at 65 yds, good shooting!!
  20. It is great this topic got started, now i have to get back to shooting my bow. Have not shot much at all,but plan on getting rid of the rust now. Shot counter clockwise.. Oh,at about 20yds
