    Cases can take years to wind their way to the supreme court, if actually ever. In the meantime the damage has been done. I don't necessarily consider the current makeup of the supreme court guaranteed to be gun friendly.

    Got maybe 20 inches so far, maybe more? Still coming down though. Only been out so far to let the dog out and feed the cat so I haven’t been more than 10 feet from the house. Viewing from the front door, the road looks like it hasn’t been plowed yet. I don’t think I’ll be doing my 80 mile work commute this morning.

    So if the Bills should win the Super Bowl, and I realize that's a big IF, where's a good place to stay in Buffalo for the parade? I'm up for three days of alcohol fueled mayhem. And do I need to bring my own replacement liver or will new livers be distributed?

    I’m up, but resigned to a lazy and slow start to the day after long hours this week. Will be out by noon. Go get ‘em guys!

    Long week for me this week, doubt I’ll feel perky in the morning. Took Monday off of work though. Plan to put some seat time in from later Saturday through Monday ahead of this storm or non-storm front that’s rolling in. Neither my wife or I have pulled the trigger yet this rifle season and we let quite a few deer walk so far. Time to at least get a doe or two. So cool that the Bills are on late this Sunday. Time to hunt, get cleaned up, eat and watch the Bills pound the Steelers!

    Cat. Foxes don't seem to bother them. We had a litter of kits near the house last year and they stuck around til August. We also have an outdoor cat. We've seen the foxes walk right by the cat several times. They were curious, but seemed to give her a wide berth.

    Just curious, what difference does it make to you what another hunter does legally? Not bashing you at all, like I said, just curious.
