I've been told that more than a couple of times. I don't dispute it, but I like to take 3 shot groups between adjustments. Different ranges, cool barrel, warm barrel, clean barrel, dirty barrel. Just to see what it does. I was a very close tolerance toolmaker/machinist for the first 20 years of my career. Specialized in grinding with tolerances down to .00005. I know I don't have to be, but I get overly fussy with stuff like that. And I have fun with it.

I agree, but I really don't think he cares about anyone leaving. He says it's because of the weather. I often wonder if he has truly brainwashed himself into really believing that.

I was going to swap a couple of scopes from one rifle to another after deer season ended. No way am I wasting ammo on sighting in. Sucks.

Figure eight fold. I've got a couple of those doghouse blinds and experienced the same frustration. Then one day it folds right up and you almost can't do it wrong anymore.

4-6 inches is good (I prefer 6), but it has to be quality ice. Clear not "cloudy" ice. I won't ever go on ice over water that's moving like a river. Although I have ice-fished in Alex bay. People were driving pickup trucks on it when I was there and if I recall, it was around 24 inches thick.

Man I do miss ice fishing. Haven't been in a number of years. Either had poor ice or when we had ice, my availability was nil. Got a clam flip over hut, augers and and all the accessories. I've got a power auger that wouldn't start last time I tried, but I do have the hand crank version too. Maybe still this year.

Unfortunately I expect the same timeframe.

Haha - same! Think of the bartering possibilities. I envision the following, "say, that's a great looking side of beef you got there, I'll trade you 25 of .22 LR for that".

All the above aside, I'd be pretty bummed if this site went "poof" all of a sudden. Happened once before, right?

I agree with you. But a vote for Biden is indeed a vote for more gun control. You don't have to believe me, just read his own website. Washington. It was my birthday. Had a bunch of people over and told them all I wanted for my birthday was a Bills Super Bowl win, so I got squat. Seriously though, I'm sure I got something, but I don't remember what they were. The loss however is a memory that won't fade.

I've got one of these. Seems to not be too rough on the ATV. Definitely needs weight to help. I usually ratchet strap a 4 ft chunk of log to it. Flips over to the wheel side for towing.

I'm in my 60's, slightly overweight (sounds better than plain overweight), and I smoked cigs until I was 50. I'm in good health at this point and I am trying to keep it that way. As soon as the vaccine is available for my age group, I'll be there with my sleeve rolled up. I got every required vaccine in my childhood, and I've been getting the flu shot every year since I was in my 40's. Besides being so new, this is no different to me. I do not want that damn Covid in my system if I can do anything about it. Hopefully it's a cute girl that jabs me. I'm going to look her in the eye and say "send it".
