How much more interesting to watch broke dogs quickly find birds that the guys shoot well. One dog is released n retrieves? Don't know why they used unfinished dogs. Bet some guys could put his on TV that were broke, show the difference n sell a bunch.

Just something to note. The attitude of the animal makes a mount look real instead of mounted. Any more turn it'd have to be grooming in order to look right. The mount looks good from the pics. Don't second guess it. Nice buck too

You talk about attitudes but you seem to be kinda pig headed n only open to certain studies as being fact. This is kinda my point as I expressed the greenhouse effect scientific studies. There's a bunch of scientists that contradict but you seem the type that wouldn't believe any studies that don't support your cause. How exactly is my not believing your information or disagreeing w it any dif than you? Why would you consider anyone disagreeing w you unable to hold an "intelligent" conversation? I've had a strange summer sighting wise so far. 3 flocks w zero poults yet full of adult hens, 1 flock w one poult n full of hens, a few normal flocks but favoring the lighter side production wise yet well grown poults. Today I saw a whole bunch of poults with a few hens n the poults were quail sized. Can't remember a year w things so differently. I know different places, nests, etc wind up w dif successes but the no poults thing in 3 flocks isn't good. What are you all seeing?

Smelling human scent n obvious intrusion that isn't typical for the area like checking cameras by lots of guys blitzing the woods is pretty obviousily gonna tip em off. Back to the dogs. Beagles run lines especially in the morning when ground is damp, we call it cold trailing. Not all dogs do it but many. Rabbit is long gone but dogs don't know that. How bout bird dogs? Many point plsces where birds were previously killed, fairly recently but the bird is gone. I can't buy deer knowing you left every time. Intrusuon must imo be discreet so as not to hurt yourself. Why do you think celebrity hunters get first crack at an area? Outfitters have a good buck located n don't let anyone in the area until the "pro" gets there. No one runs atound checking. Mostly long range unobtrusive scouting or checking cameras carefully at the right times n less than most guys do.

Didn't see this earlier. It's his you tube on releases. You can also find it at archery learning center. Instead of pulling through he relaxes hand. Seems to work great n also seems to help those afflicted w problem of target panic

Too long of draw is another issue. I shot that bow tonight while I'm not a Mathews groupie it's a very nice bow. Actually loved the way it shot. Best of luck w it

Stoneam the most common cause of string slap is a bad grip/elbow position. I posted on that. Read through n if you still have a prob or don't understand let me know

I'll also add a good release like a Carter or stan has little to no creep or travel
