    Bumped one in the grapes on the way in....thought it was a buck... possibly saw rack when he bounded off. Lone doe in cut corn field so we entered up the gut of the property....saw another walking slowly across back side of property..they are deff. Up and moving this morning.     Gambled and lost this morning rain blew through showed rain on the radar all last night up until when I went to bed.... I wake up take the boys to school no rain in sight I already plan to do a little bit at my rental property and move and hang some stands tonight... If I wasn't meeting someone there to do work with me I would have aborted it and hunted....just didn't want to leave them high and dry.....     Look into xpedition archery......no true valley like an elite.....but has a soild back wall, and in my opinion they absolutely rip. They can also be had on At for a good price. I know a few guys who shoot the Perfextion for 3d and love them. Sent from my moto z3 using Tapatalk

    55% in my area....will sit the morning out since my boys still have soccer. Will hit up a ground blind in the afternoon for the last few hours of light....and then do a quick turn around Sunday morning with the time change and try and hit a prime stand Sunday morning.     Had mine up Sunday morning and a mature doe passes by at 50+ yards and the rain drops hitting my umbrella sounded like bombs going off.....that doe was upwind of me and had no clue me or my umbrella was there. Sent from my moto z3 using Tapatalk

    Umbrealla up and waiting for their arrival.....deer our on their feet....saw 4 in the grapes on the way in. Steady rain here....but forecast says it should be ending soon. Squirrels are sure active on this damp morning. Sent from my moto z3 using Tapatalk

    Headed in shortly .....looks like the rain is going to clear and may even get some white stuff in 9h. My guess is we are just a bit close to good ole lake Erie to get the temps to drop enough for snow. Perfect wind for this stand this morning.....let's hope they are in their feet.     Repaired a ground blind today instead of hitting the woods. Snow/ice crushed it in January and I finally got replacement poles the other day from Ameristep. I wouldnt have even bothered but the other day we gained access/got permission to hunt the neighbors 55 acres. He wants two doe taken off the property In return for letting us hunt there.
