what NY trips do you have planned for 2018?
mlammerhirt replied to Robhuntandfish's topic in General Chit Chat
We are headed to Cumming Georgia end if June and plan on hitting up Lake Lanier for at least a day off bass fishing.....as far as local spots we will be putting the boat back in the water for the first time since my oldest was born in 2014 and hitting up Lake Erie on calm days..... Chatauqua in May or close to ice out, and maybe Lime or Bear Lake a few times. Not looking to target anything specific....just get my boys interested in fishing. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -

Cbe is rock solid.....soon as I finish up this indoor season I wanna build an open setup...longer stabilizer and side bar, single pin adjustable sight with a lens for magnification, and a start shooting a hinge release. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Are you building an open class bow? Did you get a lense? Alot of pieces to the puzzle when it comes to building and open class bow.....parts add up real quick. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

My vote is we meet up 3/18 at Alden.....TF get your bow dialed in buddy....you got two months. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Look into a Tile.....goes on your key ring and uses an app to locate the missing item it is attached to....they also make one for a money clip....life saver in my opinion. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Just lost the title to my wife's new vehicle....dam thing just came in the mail and I swear I put it in a safe place before moving it with all the important vehicle documents in our files. I am guessing since I was organizing other papers to be shredded, that it accidentally got mixed in there and met it's fate a few days later in the shredder! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Try that thumb release a few times and make a solid commitment to it before writing it off.....I felt the same way...and now I won't go back to a trigger release. They have such a clean break it is unbelievable. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Very nice....35 ata bows are usually rock solid and nice shooters. What type of release are you using? I hate when it feels you need to push the string...a bow with a solid back wall combined with shooting a nice thumb release has fixed having to push the string on a bow with a deep valley.(for me) Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

What's the ata and brace height? How is the valley on Prime bows?? Looks like a shooter! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

.010 are plenty bright....no need to crowd the target with a bigger pin. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

What type of league? Indoor...15 target? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Squirrel hunting today!
mlammerhirt replied to Arcade Hunter's topic in Small Game and Predator Hunting
Took a ride around our property in southern Erie county yesterday with my son and brought along the .22 for some squirrels.....well we saw well over 20 deer(which he was pumped about)...but not a dang squirrel moving around. Anyway we had fun and he got to try it his new helmet he got for Xmas! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -
I found a solution to that....we use a four shelf plastic steriltie cabinet as our pantry and keep it in the basement....they are quality cabinets but can only hold a fair amount of weight...so when the shelf is loaded with veggies, sauce and whatever else they sell in a can and it begins to bend that's when I shut down any purchases of canned foods.....we use what we have...shelf straightens back out and then we restock. Holy crap I am over 200lbs and there is no freaking way I could eat 3 Whoppers! That had to be a 20.00 meal! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

I heard the state police will not inforce the deadline if you claim you didn't know there was one......don't want to find out if that is true....but just there way of easing the deadline crunch Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -
Nick Nolte from Blue Chips.....that team was stacked! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Then you can use that couple hundred when you need to be towed out...lol... She said some of the roads she travels are even tough on her current 4wd.....I am guessing if she goes with an AWD and in turn that has less ground clearance she will bottom out be get stuck. Not that i wouldn't rather have a couple hundred in my pocket.....but in the end not worth the savings in fuel economy.... in my opinion. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

I think the original quote was about fuel economy....not the price tag on the actual awd. Vs. 4wd. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Glad I took that call

The one property I hunt is 2/3 grape vineyard.....this was our second year there and boy did I learn real quick this late season I need to focus more on the grapes.....natural travel routes, and provides great cover when the weather gets ugly. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -
It would be unreal if that neighbor logged into the sight....... and went off! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
