  1. A few weeks ago I was discussing with my Dad(main hunting partner) how I have been reading alot about the accuracy of the Savage 220 20ga. And I was most likey going to make a move on one after spring turkey. Fast forward to last week we were shooting 3d at S&S in Springville and after ward I had the clerk price a 220 out for me. My dad became a little more interested and jokingly said I gotta run it by the boss(my mom) but I will most likely grab one too. We have some wide open spaces and hunt a shoutgun only area so the distance and accuracy this gun claims really peaked his interest. Well low and behold it was my birthday last week and this beauty showed up! I was more than shocked, and this gun will definitely have a little extra sentimental value as I carry adield this fall. Picked up the bases and rings today along with a few different types of ammo. Hopefully the weather breaks soon so we can throw a few down range. Oh and by the way....the boss approved the purchase of two....so he has a matching one as well! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  2. I have driven past that store a million times ony way to St. Bonaventure to referee soccer matches....looks like a cool store. Is it worth stopping in?? Maybe I'll take my little guys down sat for the demonstration....weather stinks...so I may give it a try. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  3. Aka....The Rachel! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  4. Happy B Day Bizzz! You in a coma from celebrating last night?? Or are you saving that for Easter Sunday! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  5. Sounds good....I'll throw it in my truck. It attaches to your belt, has six tubes for arrows and if needed each tune can hold multiple arrows. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  6. I can bring an extra hip quiver if you wanna try one out......keep your arrows out of the way and takes some weight off the bow by removing the quiver. Just let me know as we get closer. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  7. Bionic why two thumb switches for your light bar? If I was just going to install the one light bar...won't I only need one thumb switch? Also what brand do you recommend for the relay/switch? I have wanted to put the light bar on both of my machines for a while....just wasn't sure how hard it would be. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  8. Marlin 336c in .30-.30. Take it with me where shots are limited to 100 or less.....very compact and easy shoulder. Recoil is very minimal as well. My wife dropped a nice doe with the .30-.30 at about 70 yards a few years ago and has since taken ownership anytime we hunt together. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  9. Love hunt stand....very handy and useful when marking stands and trial cams. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  10. Obtained the rights to hunt a new piece of land mid August last year and only had minimal time to scout and run cams....we decided as a group to hold off on does and try and hunt horns. Well as the season came and went we got eyes on a few nice bucks but for one reason or another no shots were taken. We would see random does here and there, but really didn't get a good idea of the doe population until January when we stumbled upon a very good group of 20 plus yearlings and doe. This year the plan has been tweaked a little....we need to thin he heard a bit and will try and take a doe each during bow(3-4) guys and maybe a few late season as well....we need to drop the doe:buck ratio a bit to start a friendly competition among the big boys! 11. Agree with the crazy part! Nice haul though! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  12. Not yet sold on the bed rug(lol I know your live runs deep for them)....may go with the bed mat made by weather tech. No real plans on hauling stone, topsoil or mulch....will use the trailer for that. Tell me more about this decked storage system?? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  13. This was put into service by the district manager/small percentage owner of the dealership. Guess its a perk he has contractual wise to roll a new vehicle every couple of months. Once I determined it was for his personal use it made the decision very easy to pull the trigger. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  14. Can't believe it took 19 posts before that was asked......and the answer is "no"....busy weekend but on the to do list this week...lol Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  15. Not to bad looking and could be quite useful keeping things organized during hunting season. So does it basically hang from both headrests? And does it attach to anything on the bottom? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  16. In bed lighting is a great idea when the tonneau is on? How is that powered? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  17. I have been lightly searching the net for some examples......all that white just screams "I need some camo accents". With all the new vinyl wraps they make....it can be easily removed if the next guy/gal doent like it. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  18. Picked up my (new to me) 2017 Nissan Titan on Thursday from the Nissan dealership in Canidaguia NY. Was casually browsing the web the last few months and decided to pull the trigger on this after my brother in law hooked me up with his buddy that is the district manager. It ended up being a 2017 put into service 11/30/17 and only having 4700 miles on it when I made the deal on 3/22/18. Never thought I would own a white truck, but with all the extras it has with the comfort and convience package I couldn't pass it up. It was a bitter sweet ending....had the ole trailblazer since it was new 2/28/09. Put a little over 149,000 on her in around 9 years, and she definitely treated me well. Time to make new memories, and and enjoy the updated features! Now time to add some accessories....any must haves for an outdoor family. Looking to out in a bed mat and tonneau cover shorty. 19. a good Used Tahoe or Yukon, with low mileage 2010-2012 ish models.. What's low miles in your opinion on 6-8 year old vehicle? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  20. Dang......what happens...how? Speedy recovery! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  21. Unreal tourny so far......Cinci blows a 22pt. Lead and loses by 2 without getting off a last second shot! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  22. I don't even think the moms of the players on umbc picked them to win in their office pools! A true bracket buster right there. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  23. Oh boy Biz.....thought you were 22 years old again! St. Patty's weekend brings out the best in everyone! It's about to start in my house.....celebrating my two years old B-day today with the Family.... brother-in-laws will be over shortly to start things off....hopefully I can continue a steady pace through the UB vs. Kentucky game at 5:30! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  24. What honor do owe this tour of Buffalo too? Weren't you at Pearl Street earlier? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
