Stealth cam fusion, or spy point.
mlammerhirt replied to mowin's topic in Trail Camera Reviews and Info
Between myself and a buddy we run 10+.over three different properties and they have their ups and downs... but my overall assessment is you get what you pay for. I just grabbed 3 more from cabelas last week and paid around 88 a cam after taxes. They were on sale and Cabela's was running a 10% off deal as well. Pics that come through are fuzzy and you can pay to upgrade the pic to HD and those aren't much better. The HD pics did help Id a jake vs. Hen in the spring...but that's about it. Overall I like them and for the price point I usually grab them at I can't complain. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk -
Was out today inside the breakwall. Slammed the perch and silver bass. Water was probably pushing 74-75....and those temps just doesn't produce bass on Erie. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Skunk city on Erie this morning. We were jigging and casting crank baits for bass. Marking fish all morning at times....then the fish finder was blank. Moved a few times between 25-37 feet but it was still a no go. July usually is typically a tough month on Eire....and they may be spilling into early August. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

That is one of the biggest diy on the AT forum. There are tons of people who had success with that saw. If you bought it already go for it. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Hunt at least once every weekend starting 10/1. Kill 1 squirrel this year with my boys in tow. Trap at least 1 coon this year. Took my trapping course at home last year so this will be my first year running traps. I am hoping for 2 actually so I can get caps made for my boys. Shoot one deer with my boys by my side. It truly gets no better than having them around to enjoy the moment. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

I'll second that....spray them brown or black and your in business. I onlybyou these types of mounts now and they are awesome. So awesome that I couldn't find a cam last week that has been out since April. You need to actually be looking at the cam in order to see it....without the strap you can't see it when looking from behind the tree. I also recommend a thinner diameter thread pattern on the I screw which mounts to the tree.....the thicker ones are harder to get started. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

And the area of 9p I hunted had does all over. We played the game with pp's every year to make sure there were a few doe tags in camp for opening weekend of rifle. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Pond goin in on the zeeks homestead
mlammerhirt replied to Gencountyzeek's topic in General Chit Chat
Come on I am guessing you have that much wire laying around or know a guy you can buy some off of for a smoking deal! Your place is a outdoor paradise.....all it needs is a little electric run to the pond. Ps....sorry for crapping on your thread Zeek! The pond looks awesome as well as the dock! You just hang it off the dock and run it on a timer. Most if not all the docks on bigger Canadian lakes have them. When snowmobiling up there you need to be aware of them and keep your distance on a sled. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk -

Just add a bubbler and that dock will be safe all winter! Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk -
Big day for the maiden voyage on the new tube. Lake Erie was a blow out so we went to Cassadaga lakes. What an awesome place and we had it basically to our selves. Talked with a few guys at the launch on the way out who were headed out to do some bass fishing. They mentioned there is usually a good chance to hook into a musky when pitching worms for bass. Can't wait to give it a try next time. Anyone ever fish there....any good areas to target? Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Post pics when you get the boat all rigged up. I'm in the process of purchasing this v-lock mounting system for my 18.5 open bow. These mounting plates will allow me to rig a board across the stern on the boat.... I can mount rod holders and riggers for trolling and easily remove it for a day of causing or tubing. Just picked up a Diamond Razor for my wife. The guy who bought our boat mentioned his grandson outgrew this bow so the next day when he stopped by to grab the registrarion and title he brought the bow. The thing was in amazing shapen and completley adjustable in weight and draw kength for her. Seems like a great bow for a 100.00 Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk
