I'm going to give the woman the benefit of the doubt for now as simply being naïve so thus charged for negligence rather than someone who is a malicious anti-hunter. I think there is a possibility that when she saw a hawk attacking a duck, she tried to break up and shoo the hawk away. In doing so, she struck the hawk harder than she thought. It is not all that likely that a hawk struck (I'm assuming with a stick of some sort) with enough malicious rage would have gotten back up and flew back to it's owner. By no means am I relieving the woman of wrong doings. But I also don't think she was completely malicious.

Because they casually roll up to the light at around 15 mph. Stop. Turn on their lights. Run the red. Turn off their light. Then continue to roll along casually at down the block. I would hope if they are responding to a call that they show a little more urgency. This is not a rare occurrence. Anyone who lives in the city will tell you it is rare to see a squad car sit at a red light through its entirety. Let's make it clear that I'm not complaining. I have many friends who are NYPD. They also constantly run the red lights here in the city which I never understood. If you're responding to a call, ok. But if you're just patrolling, you schedule is based on time, not distance. Very valid point. Also the fact that DeMarco Murray's numbers were greatly enhanced by running behind the best offensive line in football. He also has less mileage on his tires though. Even if you consider McCoy to be the better back; to shave $2 in cap space and obtain a young promising LB and a slight downgrade at RB isn't a bad deal.

So they Eagles traded away McCoy and his $10 million cap hit for Alonso and then sign DeMarco Murray for only $8 million against the cap? Even as a die hard Giants fan, I have to admit the Eagles made out pretty nice. The Bills on the other hand could have just kept Alonso and signed Murray but I guess the thought process is that Murray would never have left Dallas for a Buffalo.

Forgot to list one job...for which I did get fired from...technically speaking. Was a sale associate at a major retail clothing store during college. I decided to stay there over the summer afterwards instead of going back home. Never missed a day. I asked for a week of during Christmas break so I can head home to visit family and my boss told me I couldn't because Christmas was their busiest time of the year. Understandable. Two weeks later, another sale associate who we all thought was a slacker and a brown noser asked for an was granted the week off during Christmas. I said screw this and took that week off on my own. When I came back to hand in my name badge, the manager obviously fired me. Problem was he said it before I could utter "I quit" so technically, I was fired.

Man, was I dumb! For years I was doing the job for free!
