Bear Archery hat while eating mystery street food in Thailand. -
I am still a Padawan. I shall graduate myself to full Jedi Knight once I obtain either my first buck or my first deer with a bow. Which ever comes first.

WNYB, it's not a true selfie unless you're shirtless flexing in from of a bathroom mirror, doing duck lips, or holding a bottle of liquor. -

As do I but here's a repost of Steve Rinella and I from a year ago. -
You can still stay true to your morals and beliefs without revealing your identity.

I can't really tell the tone of this conversation to know what's really going on.

Eric Bana has been in some pretty decent movies so I know what he looks like and he look nothing like the other 2. I had to google the other 2 up to see what they look like. I can agree that Brad Paisley does look a little like Ken Dorsey.

welcome to the forum.

In other words, you look Caucasian? Those 3 look nothing alike.

Because some of us would fall into a complex love triangle and then it'll be awkward. And frankly, Biz...you look nothing like Jennifer Lawrence.

Agree. I'm not defending Shawn either because he's just as guilty. My point is that there are multiple groups here. One person (some times it's Shawn, some times it's someone else) will start with a back-handed remark to bait another person. That other person will respond and a fight breaks out. Then the groups gather together and takes sides. Majority will jump on the person who takes the bait simply because the retaliation is usually harder than the bait. If you want to really get rid of this stuff, I think you need to nip it in the bud.

Well then, my apologies if that's what you meant. Not all of us read every single thread on this sight. Simply reading "Honestly, taking things to the next level will get you in trouble beyond getting banned on a forum.", I took it as that. Don't know what "next level" means.

I guess this is a friendly jesture? "Honestly, taking things to the next level will get you in trouble beyond getting banned on a forum."

Doewacker just implied a threat in his most recent post. I'm not taking side here but if we want to stop this kind of back and forth bickering, all parties should be held accountable. I don't think we should go with a "he started it" and thus every one else's infractions can be justified.
-
It's usually how it starts. Someone makes a personal remark. Someone else thinks that remark is aimed at them and makes a negative remark back at the original person, then it just escalates from there.
-
Even in a thread regarding proper behavior, we find some unprovoked back-handed remarks. Can only imagine what goes on in the those threads where illegal activities are called out.

Guess I completely missed out on some good entertainment.

Try taking a walk down Washington Heights or the South Bronx at...oh...2 in the morning during the 80's and 90's.

If you really want to be a jerk you can just call DEC and they'll come and take the stand away then you wouldn't feel intrusive since there won't be any stand there any more as a claim marker. Me, if that spot is an awesome spot and there isn't any other spots like it nearby, I would just leave the stand alone and hunt near it. Usually the woods is big enough where I can find another place to go. I only hunt public land so I always prepare for the possibility that someone might be me to a spot that's why when I scout, I scout several locations in each park I hunt in.
