  1. Or you can go straight to the source. tannerite.com.
  2. I had an old high school friend who I lost contact with after we went our seperate ways during college. Almost a decade later, he found me on facebook and we reconnected. Turns out, he only works a couple of miles from where I work. We now meet up for lunch here and there. Facebook is a tool. It can be a useful tool if used properly. But just like any other tool, it can be abused and over used. This is an example of society today. Everyone wants to blame something but never themselves. "Oh, it's not his fault. He suffers from <fill in blank> syndrome." "Facebook is bad because its takes so much of my time. It's so addicting!" "Alcohol is bad because I can't put the bottle down. It's so addicting!" How come people can't say "I need to learn some self control. I control it, it doesn't control me?"
  3. If I'm not carrying any firearm or bow on me as I walk around the land scouting for rubs and droppings, etc. Would I be considered a hiker or a hunter? Just a rhetorical question - not looking for answers.
  4. I just remember someone had mentioned that Flying Arrow Sports in Carmel, NY allows crossbows. Give them a try. 845-228-5330
  5. Okay, after further reading, I discovered that flying the flag at half-mast is not reserved for only military, first responders, and government officials. An executive order is order by the President and it usually for the highest regards. Governors can order their state to fly at half-mast for distiguished residents. With that said, it's still disrespectful but he does have every right to order this for New Jersey. Seeing how the only good things to ever come out of New Jersey is Bruce Spingstein, Bon Jovi, Frank Sinatra, and Giants stadium, they had to look for something to be proud of.
  6. This is a direct slap in the face to all those military men and women who gave their lives for this country.
  7. The yellow on is easier to see. The green one is more informative because it states "hunting ground" but that will also garner unwanted attention from the anti's.
  8. The college game and the pro game are two different games. I'm not saying one is better than the other but they are different. Fredette was a great at the college level because he was able to use his strengths there while hide his weaknesses. At the pro level, he couldn't which is why he'll be regulated to being nothing more than a role player if he doesn't change his game and develop. Unfortunately he has a ways to go.
  9. Basketball fan here...I'm just confused. Are you talking about Jimmer Ferdette? Because he's not all over the news. He's pretty much forgotten. It's Jeremy Lin how's all over the news.
  10. That's where I bought my barrel.
  11. A friend of mine worked at the catholic school Lady Gaga went to while she was there. His description of her was that she was super talented back then and knew she was going to be big. Problem was, she was the quiet girl who sat in the back and got good grades. Really smart. So what happened? His guess was that she realized being the quiet girl in the back of the room won't make her into a pop star.
  12. I came across that problem when I was looking for a 20" field barrel for my Mossy 500. I ended up buying a used one on an auction site. Fortunately, the popularity of the Mossy 500 means you can find tons of used items on sale.
  13. Use to work two cubicles down from a vegan and she would release some methane gas several times a day. It stanks like crazy! I would get up and go into the server room to get some fresh air. She use to eat M&Ms all the time and would give them out. Then one day she realized that the candy coating of the M&Ms contain gelatin which is made from collagen taken from animal skin and bones so she stopped eating M&Ms as well.
  14. I'm still a teen at heart. And I watch Superbowls.
  15. And Chop Suey was invented in San Francisco.

  17. They had a commercial a few years ago with some hot models fondling vegetables like they were a particular sex toy you would buy at a porn shop. It was banned from the air after some harsh criticism.
  18. No. A general statement. Not targetted at any one individual at all.
  19. I made reservations to this super romantic restaurant. She said since we're saving for a vacation later, I should not spend the money. Score! That's $200-$300 I didn't have to spend. I think I'll use that on a new Harris bi-pod and other accessories. Just kidding! She is very sensible though which is why she's a keeper. We'll be spending the night at home watching the Knicks game.
