    It use to be more of a thing before CWD to have bone in cuts just like beef steak cuts. Butchers would process the deer the same way they would a cow. Now with CWD around the recommendation is to not cut the bone of deer and to process it by deboning it.

    Pro tip - pack in sneakers or something comfortable. Not only is it more comfortable to sit in an old pair of shoes versus the heavy boots but your feet also stay warmer because the insulated boots stop the warm air from the heater from warming up your feet if they got cold.     No, Alivia grew out of those in one season then we got another pair from @sodfather and those she grew out of in a half of a season! Both pairs of boots still get used though. They have a temporary home in my truck just in case anyone’s kids ever needs boots during the season. They saved the day twice last year and by next year Caroline should fit into Samatha’s.     Didn’t see a thing today. Very low harvest compared to other other years at the club. So tempted to have another drink a prolong my misery but it’s time for bed as 4:30am is just a few short hours away. Morning sit followed by a meet up with my wife half way to home to grab my oldest then back in the stand for the evening.
