  1. Don't worry if it gets done early. Wrap it in foil, then I towels and put it in a cooler. It will stay hot for hrs.
  2. Are they dangerous? And if so that guy on the MC heading towards it is screwed.
  3. Looking good. I wait to wrap when it hits the stall. That's usually around 160-170. Don't go by temp alone to determine if it's done. When a temp probe slides in with no resistance, it's done. Point will be probe tender before the flat. Some separate the two once it is, and put the flat back on and make burnt ends from the point. I've had briskets be probe tender at 196, and some at 206, but most fall in the 201-203 range. Good luck.
  4. Bought it March 2019. Think I have 20 hrs on it.
  5. The lot number on the can indicates it was made in 72. On Gun Broker, these are up to $280 and climbing. Never thought they would bring that much$$.
  6. Yes, it's a older carbine. Beech stock, not in great shape. 3 mags no scope. But it's free.
  7. M1 garand is basically 06 ammo. This is M1 garand ammo.
  8. First campfire in over a month. Just too friggin hot. It's a cool 84° now. Couldn't wait any longer were " socal distancing" X2 from the fire.
  9. It is. It's packaged for the Greek army. Thing is, he has at least 35 more of these in boxes.
  10. Couple clients are selling and getting rid of some stuff. Got all of it for free. Tiller has great compression, but definitely needs cleaning up and carb work. The trailer mounted tank was used to water sheep in the outer fields. Buddy wants to get into maple syrup next yr, so I figured this will be a good gathering rig. Two unopened .30cal ammo cans in perfect condition. Also getting a Ruger 10-22.
  11. I see what you're saying. I automatically call my 1st privilege tag my bow tag, as that's the first season I can use it in. It's still 7 deer(not including special zones or 2nd chance DMP).
  12. I believe we basically said the same thing.
  13. Had a bear grizzly let loose on me yrs ago. The limb hit my forearm and left one hell of a welt.
  14. Lol. That's nuts. I don't know what the hell I'd do with 9 deer.
  15. I was just clearing up. You mentioned buck tag for bow muzzle. I look at my buck tag as my regular season/rifle tag. The bow/muzzle tags are antlerless and a either or, not buck only. Yes some units will give out a 2nd round of tags if some are left over. But I've only received one of those if one of my two dmp were not chosen. I've never gotten one if I got both dmp's. Didn't realize they would send you another if you received both.
  16. Correct, the crystals have a barb, like a fish hook. However when swollen, they can draw fluid.
  17. Your bow tag is a doe or buck tag. Muzzleloader tag is antlerless only. Either tag can be used in Archery or late archery/muzzleloader. You can also have two dmp permits signed over to you. If you get 2 dmp tags, and have additional ones signed over to you that would be a total of 7 tags. 2 which can be bucks.
  18. Link said it was never sold. Deal fell through.

  20. We've got cameras on our property. UPS claimed they delivered the package to the front porch. It wasn't there. They closed the case. Until I told them I've got cameras and I can prove a UPS truck never entered my driveway. Driver stuck to his story, thinking I was lying about the cams. Once they had the footage, driver quickly changed his story to leaving it in the mailbox. Needless to say the items were reordered on UPS dime.
