For 10 acres and more of a "around the property" tractor a 30hp would do you good. Stick with JD, Kubota, Massy, kioti. Not a Mahindra fan couple friends had them. Electrical issues that for some reason were not covered under warranty. I like JD. The ONLY thing I don't like about JD is they have there own quick attach system to change implements on the loader arms. The other brands have the universal skid steer style system. You can still get fantastic stuff for the Deere, it just won't fit other tractors. You definitely want a loader and forks. If the tractor has 3rd remotes for the loader, a grapple bucket is super handy. Of course a back blade for grading drive, snow removal. Bush hog. Oh the list goes on and on....

Had to stir that pot didn't you.

Agree 100% . But one can afford or is comfortable spending only so much. Is it small, yes. Will it do more than a quad, yes. Is bigger (tractor wise, lol) always better, of course. I love my JD 3320, but wish I had a size smaller, as well as a size,or two, larger to choose from.

So, even though I said both, lol. If I had to get rid of my tractor/loader, or quad(even if it had a few attachments for it), the quad would be long gone.

There will be a charge. There are several plans depending on how many pics you think you'll get each month. I think the lowest cost plan is $5 a month.

Both.... See how easy that was!!!!

WTH has ahold of that deer in the 2nd pic?

Recurve (bear grizzly IIRC. Had green glass on the limbs. I had one when I first started hunting and I think that's what it was ) Bear razor. No bleeder. ( Used same heads when I first started, but I used bleeders) Camo? None. Buck... Don't remember. But I know he choked and missed by a mile? I'll guess and say 4pt.

I think your on to something. Our king didn't want anyone traveling to other states on vacation. He needed those dollars spent in NY on a staycation. He has a slight deficit. -
No older if he walks in front of me. I'm thinking 2.5 possiblity 3.5

I see the recommended 14 day quarantine has been dropped also. King Andy who says we should listen to the experts, isn't taking his own advice. -
Well, I bought it... Forgot my phone at home when I went to look at it. It's a TO 20. Not as desirable as it's smaller. Runs great. Not a drop of oil under it. Got it with the bush hog brand brush hog for $1200. Brush hog is a 5' slip clutch in great condition and would easily sell for $600. I'll keep that mower and put my older Ford mower behind it. Clean it up some and I'm confident I'll get $1800 out of the combo. Once I get it home next week, I will post pics.

I guess I'll be the first one. Ordered it from Bass pro on Sunday, and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Hopefully I can get it out this weekend.

I've got a older Ford 910 brush hog in reality nice condition for the yr. I'd sell that and keep the bush hog.
-
Thanks everyone. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Gas, similar size to a 8n.. No attachments except a 5' bush hog brand brush hog. But I know what's that's worth. I'm really after that. I'll sell my old Ford BH and keep this one.

Client is moving to Florida. He's selling a 50's area Ferguson tractor. He says it runs good. I'm going to look at it tomorrow afternoon. Honestly, I'm only looking to flip the thing. Tin is in ok shape for a 60-70 yr old tractor. Rear rubber in nice and very little checking. Seat is plywood. I'll get some pics tomorrow, but realistically, what are these things going for in good running condition?

Beautiful pictures.
