Boiled for 5 hrs today. Bottled up 4.25g. Had to shut down before we ran the head tank dry. Takes a few hrs and eats 60+ gals of sap to cool down. Temps are supposed to drop below freezing tonight, so hopefully the sap will run tomorrow.

Very nice. Ours was a medium amber. The first few draws on a large evaporator are normally darker. The next few should get lighter. Hopefully we'll get a few gal of fancy and light amber after this cool down. My favorite is dark amber.

Farm stands, internet sales, novelty shops. And gifts for family and friends.

So I get an update on my order from Optics planet today saying one item I ordered has shipped. The mount shipped, but the Fastfire 2 is expected to ship 7-15-21. Kinda odd since it was in stock when I placed the order. Canceled the FF2, and found a FF3 for $30 more on Midway USA.

Good day today. Bottled up 4.5 gal.

I had one yrs ago on a Chevy PU. Smacked a deer doing probably 30. Grill guard was wreacked. The hood, and passenger fender, headlight were damaged to the point they needed to be replaced.

Collected 300gal, and the 2nd tank was almost at 100gal. Boiling tomorrow morning.

I was driving for only a week or so, and dad had me out driving. As I pulled into the driveway, dad told me to park alongside the garage. Good dam thing he said that because I hit the gas instead of the brake. Lol.

How do I get a ticket?

I've got $150 in cabelas gift cards. I looked thus morning, and not I single sight I was interested in was in stock. Ordered everything from Optics planet.

I just hope I remember to turn it off, lol. Couldn't justify a Trijicon. Though about a low power scope, but a good quality scope isn't cheap either.

I thought about a red dot, but I like that the reflex sights are parallax free. Not sure if some red dots are.

One tank almost full. Another hr or so and the second tank will start to fill. Probably start boiling in the morning.

Getting older, and the fiber optic sights are nice, but it was time to upgrade. Ordered a saddle mount for my 1187, and a Burris fastfire2. Should have em next week. Looking forward to trying them out.

Little early, but more active with these warmer days. Just put fresh cattle tags on my dogs.

I've got $150 in cabelas/ basspro gift cards. Every sight I think I might want is out of stock. But then I check Amazon, and they have it. Can't use my gift cards on Amazon.

Spent 3 hrs reparing lines. Tank had about 35 gal in it when I started, over 100 when I finished around 2:30. Thinking its going to run all night. Hopefully both tanks are full in the morning. Just watched the weather. Didn't think it was going to be cold tonight, but looks like low 20's. Mid 50's again tomorrow, then the next cold night is Friday night.

Whichever you have on hand or cheaper.

Lol, your most likely the only person who caught a woodpecker in a mouse trap.

The advice my wife and I received when my stepdaughter got her license from a buddy that owns a insurance agency, and a lawyer client, DO NOT add her onto our insurance policy. Have her get her own policy, and enroll her into any state driving class If she ever got into a major accident where someone got serious hurt or worse, her mother and I would be one of the first listed in a lawsuit. With her own policy, we are somewhat protected. While she was living at home, we would most likely still get sued, but with drivers ED, and other state courses, our position would have been we gave her every opportunity to learn. Also, If she got a ticket, it wouldn't effect our insurance either. We understood she couldn't afford her own policy, so we helped out as long as she worked some to contribute

No sap at all last week or this past weekend. Which is great news because I didn't put my buddy in a difficult situation if it ran, as I was in Maine ice fishing. Checked the lines today, and there's some damage from the high winds last week. Going first thing in the morning to do some repair work. Sap should be flowing the next couple of days. Hopefully we'll get 600+ gal of sap in the next few days.

I got the same vaccine. But I only received one of the shots before it was pulled a week later. It was supposedly pulled for lack of interest, but it had horrible arthritic side effects. Clients son was a big wig in Lyme Disease prevention. He was the one who told me why it was pulled. Ironically, his dad died from complications from undiagnosed lyme.
