All 4 of these bucks were taken on same 8 acre piece of property, so I assume genetics and/or nutrition is the reason?

I hunted dark - 10am and saw no deer.
My dad hunted dark - dark and saw no deer.
I'm done till gun opener on Saturday. Hoping my dad closing on hunting property this week!

I don't hunt westchester because I only use an xbow. But I'm confused because I always thought westchester 3S just had 1 season 10/1-12/31 and they get 1 buck tag and 1 either sex tag, so 2 bucks as long as they stay in westchester.

I live in yorktown also. Regarding a dog, any dog might be able to find it. From what I have always been told, bobcats don't take much to kill. A few pellets or an arrow is usually enough.

My dad hunted dark to dark and saw a doe at 12:15pm
I hunted 1pm to dark and saw a doe and a fawn at 430pm.
